The stylist listened to exactly what I was looking for with my cut and I am delighted with the result.

The Service at your salon is good , professional. I am satisfied with my haircut not necessarily with my colour and price. When I was making a booking I had a consultation and I was told that I am booked for highlights and toner my hair to one colour , also to cut my hair because fringe which was too heavy. I was told that the price is £ 80. On the day of my appointment I also had hair treatment but I asked before how much that would be and I was told £ 20. I was assuming that the total price would be around £ 100 , I paid £ 189. I had been to your salon twice and the final price never matched the initial price. I wonder whats the issue. I had what o asked for plus hair treatment and the price is almost double. I won't be using your salon , not only because of the price but also the colour is not necessary what I was looking for- sadly .

I had an excellent cut. The hairdresser Ryan listened to what I wanted and adapted the cut to suit me. Very happy all round!

Having recently moved from Paris I am used. To a blow dry that leaves your hair bouncy and that can last for a while . Victor bring French totally understood my predicament and has succeeded in doing just that! I did try many à hair dresser before then over the last 6 months so delighted to have finally found the one !

I had a really nice time with the stylist and a great experience but I'm not to happy with the outcome, the fridge is not right and unequal. Also, the hairstyle does not suit me, it needed thinning out more and I did specify that my hair is quite think, hence the need for thinning. The first time I went to Tony and guy in Shepard's Bush, I was really happy with the outcome but I'm not happy this time I'm afraid.
The salon that I went to was in Liverpool street and I was looked after by Toby. As I said, the stylist was nice but I'm not happy with the outcome.

I recently went to Toni&guy to get my hair coloured. I was hesitating between going blonde or red . Since I couldn't make a decision, I thought I'd asked the professional for advice. She suggested I'd go for a deep purple and I just went for it. Did not regret it one bit. My hair is amazingly soft and shiny plus the colour looks absolutely great. Love it! Thanks ????

I highly recommend Caz at the islington branch to all!she's a great hairdresser. Listens to what you want, and is very precise. Brilliant!

Michile was so amazing and I'm actually pleased my boyfriend is in this area as I now have a stylist who gets my humour and my hair ! is Italian like my boyfriend and did not over converse which for me is at times over the top and not genuine. I try to give this feedback to salons, but I believe that this must be some form of training .

Some people come for the relaxation and do not want to discuss there week or how they are.

My experience today was perfect in all aspects and I am looking forward to booking my colour next week .

I booked for a wash & cut & next day saw Karen . I'm growing out colour & having hair natural greys - Karen gave me a great choppy , layered yet feminine cut with no re growth lines .Im disabled & this salon is all level access & has an entry ramp if required.
Polite , efficient , friendly staff .

The hair cut was great but the blow dry was the worst i got in my life. But the end if it i looked like a gorilla!!!!
She had no idea how to appreciate my hair type or the hair cut. She was concentrating on drying the end and left the roots. The result was an actual gorilla!!!!!
No sleek or technique at all. I felt embarrassed to tell her

Service wise, I asked for a coffee with milk two time. Finally I got a black coffee !!!! I just drank it

I had my hair color done by Maeve , very nice friendly person as much as been professional , she take time to listen and also advise you on what will work best for you .
My hair cut and blow dry was with Tobia , which was fantastico , his passion and love for what he does transpire.
Very nice team , they made my experience at the salon a very positive one .

I really struggle to find a hairdresser who can do short women's hair well, but Gabriella is a natural at it and I always get compliments for his styles. Staff very effienct service and friendly, always ask if you'd like a drink, provide good magazines and have great hair too!

I have been going to Toni and Guy for years but today I was not very impressed by the highlight service that I had. As always Kaz was great at cutting my hair but the colourist had a problem with the client before me who was in tears so after the foils were in I was just left. After 10-15 mins when the heater was supposed to be on my hair I had to get someone's attention to get the heater. I was then left for another 20 mins or so and at no point did the colourist come to check how my highlights were developing until all the time had elapsed. Whilst I could see the colourist was trying to sort out the previous lady it should not have been at my expense. My resulting highlights are whiter than I wanted and although she offered to put more colours thru after 3 hours in the salon I decided I couldn't face any more and had things I need to do. At 125 pounds I do not think that I was given the appropriate service level and I do not think I got what I asked for. The scores only reflect the colourist not Kaz

VIKTOR is mu favourite stylist there. He knows exactly what I need and we share sense of style. Yesterday he offered to curl my hair a little a bit and even though I was a but reluctant as I never donr that before- tgecresult was great and natural!!!

At last I've found Victor.... he has cut my hair 5 times now and each time I have left the salon smiling, something I have not done for years. I've received so many compliments and was even stopped on the road by a lovely lady wishing to know who cut my hair! Thanks Victor for listening / making suggestions/ telling me the truth and making me happy. :)

Isla hadn't had a heaircut for 2 years (Rupensal has a lot to answer for!). She was nervous and unsure. The lovely guy who did her hair put at at ease and cut her hair beautifully. She has not stop checking herself out in the mirror since and says that he was the kindest hairdresser EVER!!

The shop was very very cold ! I understand that you have planned extensive renovations of the salon, but also until then a Toni&Guy salon MUST have some kind of heating !!!!!! - how can you allow that your customers sit & your employees work in these freezing temperatures.
