I have had my haircut with Marco today. I am happy with my cut. Marco was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. He also understood my hair well, he cut off exactly the amount I asked for and made it look better and thicker. I have plenty of hair but it is not very thick, so Marco's understanding of how my layers should be cut and fall was very good. Another pleasant moment was that my hair looked good when it was wet and now I can easily skip blow-dry when I want, but thanks to my cut it will look very good. A lovely salon and staff overall and very pleasant experience today.

Love my haircut. Halle sat down and listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. She was friendly and easy to talk to and I love the outcome.

I've been going to this salon for 8 years now and always love going. The salon is beautiful, clean and quiet, it's a lovely time to relax and feel pampered. My stylist, Emmy Lou, is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, listens to my needs and wants and is capable of making the best suggestions for my hair type. My hair has never looked better, both in colour and cut. I always enjoy my visits here and I highly recommend it.

Always a pleasure to have an appointment with Sean. He really listens to your needs to get the style just right and tweaks it each time if necessary and he’s always good fun to talk to.
Lovely attentive atmosphere in the salon too with healthy tasty little snacks served with drinks.

This is the second time I’ve had my hair cut by Sean. Each time slightly differently: each time flattering and surpassing expectations. The proportions in relation to the shape of my head are perfect, and my hair is easy to look after because of the cut - it naturally falls into the right place.. The conversations are pretty good too!

I've been going to Shaun for over 30 years, which probably says everything. He's an exceptional hairdresser, but what has kept me coming back all this time is that he sees far beyond simply making my hair look nice. He understands my face, my lifestyle, and how I want to feel. Every cut is thoughtful, honest and expertly done. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Halle was amazing I came in to have my undercut done in between a very stressful day working at the theatre down the road and instantly felt calm and relaxed like I was in GOOD hands. Amazing chatting and wonderful energy even though I was only there for an undercut still made me feel super special.

When it comes to this new way of testing for allergies, it would be very beneficial to tell your customers on the phone when they book, as I don’t enjoy surprises when turning up. No we dont all check our emails considering id been a customer coming here over the past 5 years, and didnt expect anything to have changed.

Molly is a cheerful, friendly stylist. She is also very talented and I’m always happy with my hair following my visits.

The consultation with Sean this morning was great. He really got what I wanted and had good suggestions for a refresh without anything too dramatic and great styling tips for curly hair. Really looking forward to my cut and colour next week.

Sean is exceptional and highly skilled – the only hairdresser I’ve known to truly cut my hair to suit my face and head shape, and maximise what my hair can do - no mean feat! The salon is airy and welcoming, with generous hospitality (lovely drinks and nibbles). I don’t let anyone else cut my hair (even if it means skipping haircuts when out of London!).

The Chapel Hairdressers is a warm and welcoming salon. Sean’s cutting technique is brilliant, my fine hair is always superbly cut and shaped and I trust him completely. One is never rushed because the Salon ensures that sufficient time is allocated to your visit which gives a client confidence they will be given a listening ear and good advice. Highly recommend.

I just moved to London and stumbled upon this hair salon in the neighborhood. It was clean, and all the staff were welcoming upon arrival! You're greeted with water and any choice of coffee/tea/wine/etc if you wish. Halle was personable and made sure everything during the process was to your liking for great results. 10/10 would recommend if you are in need of their services. :)
