TONI&GUY Ilford

Every time I visit Toni and Guy in Ilford I come out feeling like a new woman! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff highly professional. The quality of treatment is consistently high in every way.

It was my first time with this saloon....staff was friendly and helpful...my hair were disaster after being accidently cut at home...hairdresser was friendly and she did a nice haircut and i received a lot of compliments after that.....i enjoyed being served there....do recommend to friends.

There is always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at this smart salon in Ilford town centre.

Great salon! Especially Rifa! I blow dry my hair there all the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I really liked the service, very friendly and helpful staff. Which take your word into consideration and try to find the best solution for you.

My usual salon and stylists , Joe and Kitty fabulous as ever.
My only one point or maybe two , it's always cold in salon. Secondly , my appointment was at 9 and I arrived 5 mins early , the salon wasn't open , I know it doesn't open till 9 but waiting in the cold !!!

Kitty and other staff are amazing as always! Amazing hair cut!

I have been only going to your salon because of the expert advice and professionism of your stylist Joe. I have natural curly hair and find it hard to find hairdressers that know how to handle blonde (ing) my type of hair. He has a lovely personality and makes myself and my friends (they recommended him) feel appreciated. He is a credit to your business.

I just wanted to leave a review regarding my experience at Toni and Guy Ilford.
I have been attending this Studio for the past 5/6 years. My 3 kids have also visited this establishment on and off over this period.
The reception staff are very welcoming and very polite mannered over the phone and in the studio.
Every experience of mine here has been enjoyable.
The staff are knowledgeable regarding styles, colours and all their products.
I would also like to comment on how clean and tidy they keep the premises at ilford. And how their reading material is always up to date!
I can't rave enough how well they treat their clientelle.
I just wish the prices were not as high. My kids were regular customers but now that they are in their teens I don't get child discounts. Maybe some discounts for regular customers with family could be considered by the management.

I came in for a haircut with your stylist Brad in ilford. He is absolutely amazing. He understood what my hair I had asked for and he gave me an amazing haircut.

Every time I visit Joe to get my roots done.. He does a fantastic job and makes the experience worth while. Everyone is professional and always make time to say hello..

Ilford salon very good

Overal, I enjoyed another visit at Toni & Guy Ilford. Staff is always very welcoming and professional.
I had my roots and color done which I am pleased with.
The only negative was that when drying my hair lady was pulling it very strong with the comb. It was not only uncomfortable but having a weak hair already I was expecting more care.

Very nice. Treated with respect. Booked for a colour. Made to feel special .

Toilets could do with an upgrade?

I had my hair cut by kitty who I can't fault but I arrived bang on time and she was still attending to her client

I don't have time in the day to hang around and had to as my hair needed cutting

Either the appointment system works or it doesn't but it wrong to delay people because someone is late

I was given some free hair stuff as consolation but my day was totally left out of sync

If people are late they have a 5 minute window or have to lose the slot

As good and professional as ever.

After having an extremely bad experience at Toni and guy in Stratford where they demolished my hair I questioned weather to go back Toni and guy but I did and this time I went to ilford in the hope they would sort the mess the Stratford branch had caused and thankfully they did.
They were amazingly friendly welcoming and wet professional. I was so pleased with their service I booked another two appointments.
Many thanks to Sophie the stylist who managed to salvage what was left of my hair :) and she did a great job highly recommend the stylist.

The Experience from booking to waking out was excellent cannot fault it.

Booking - easy
Colourist - cannot remember his name, but was excellent
He was honest with costing and really advised well with what to do with my hair in terms of colour ......... and how to maintain it and when returning what I would need doing

Washing hair - this girl, want a hand massage - brilliant I could have slipped her £20 just for an extra 30minutes I was so relaxed

Hair Stylist - wow I have never seen anyone work so fast and hard ...... I noticed whilst I was getting my colour the number of clients she saw and was still ready for me.
She cut / styled / dried my hair so quickly ..... and everything was done within the time frame given to me at time of booking.

Communication - straight forward no hidden costs, polite and friendly.
Really cannot fault the service or find fault of any sort

I describe my trips to the salon as my sanctuary. I enjoy meeting everyone and being treated so well whenever I come. Having been with Kiran at the salon for well over a decade I cannot have anyone else touching my hair!! Every trip leaves me feeling fully pampered well looked after and I love the confidence I get when my hair looks great. Thank you to all the staff and particularly Kiran for taking the time to know me and knowing my hair so well. ❤️

Joe Savine, the best at Toni and guy in ilford, he is very good with getting that perfect blonde look, especially on Asian hair.
He is attentive, and polite and extremely neat, book him you won't be disappointed.
