I live in switzerland and have been a dedicated T&G customer for over 25 years. I prefer the London branches to Swiss branches. When I travel to London 4 x year I always get my T&G experience consisting of colour and cut.
I went to Harrow for the first time on 21st May. They took my number down wrong and I was unable to get my hair coloured (48 hr test) as T &G use diff products in diff branches. Staff were not proactive in finding solution or offering discount. In addition had to wait 1 hr for haircut as they booked time for a colour that they knew Icouldnt get!
Ine d got 10% discount which did not compensate for my situation. Lady who cut hair was nice. Was also given dirty robe and floor was dirty eventhough they just opened.

This is the 2nd time Kelly has cut and blow dried my hair, she is a real master with the scissors and does exactly what I want her to do, I've been so happy with the results both times. I can go anywhere and get a hair cut but very few hairdressers actually style your hair to suit you face. Very happy customer and will always use Kelly.

Had roots and blow dry.

When I booked was given a price for roots + cut and blow dry.Was told on the day that the stylist was away so could not get cut as well. Once dye was in my hair was informed that blow drying not included and would be extra £30. I had no option but to accept. Wash was poor, left dye in ears. Finally got charged £8 less than Original quote even though I didn't get a hair cut.

I really recommend T&G.
My hair is wavy, and hairdressers often find it hard to 'get'. But Lara, who cuts my hair, and Mark before her, have always made the most of my waves and made it look good.

Cut much TOO SHORT and uneven

I got the worst haircut I've ever had here. I asked for it to be cut shoulder length and enough to still make a ponytail. However, it was cut much TOO SHORT. Its nowhere near my shoulders as requested and I cannot make a ponytail. Its also been cut unevenly in the front. It's basically a hideous bob and I feel like crying every time I see it. Cant do my sports now because hair constantly in my eyes. I really expected better for such a high price. Never again.

Have been coming to this salon for a few months now to have my hair coloured and cut!

I had my hair cut by Kelly. She was very friendly and gave advice about my hair. As my usual hairdresser at toni and guy was not available i initially went to another hairdresser who bodged up my hair. Stupid mistake. Kelly did such a great job to fix my hair. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I had scheduled a cut and blow dry to only get to the salon and be told my appointment was for next Saturday. However, the receptionist (and I wish I got her name for this review) dealt with the situation really well and was able to squeeze me in with their senior stylist Lara who was also wonderful! Left very pleased with my new hair cut in time for a very special occasion!

Really impressed . Was a model today. 28/3/17. Attention to detail was second to none. Tony and Guy are exceptional salons. All the staff were really attentive and never stopped. If they had time in between haircuts etc. They were all cleaning equipment and sweeping floors etc. I must say I have been in a few Toni and Guy salons. Harrow came up top.
