On each occasion I have had to wait half an hour beyond my appointment time before I was seen which is a little irritating

Great to see the staff all looking well. Was pleasantly surprised to receive a package of protective items. Last hair cut was 5 months ago and as usual Dennis cut years off me! Thanks Dennis you’re great at cutting and always entertaining.

Frol is always very professional and cuts hair very well. Dominique did my highlights., again very good too. They are also very nice people to talk to.

I had a wonderful and carefree experience. It was very professional, the way I was given face musk apron and towel. Lola cut my hair the way I showed her. Excellent!

Excellent cut, as always, by Frol, plus the COVID secure measures put in place were very reassuring. All salon staff are wearing visors and each customer receives their own sterile pack with a face mask, plastic disposable gown and 2 sterile neck towels. Everything is very clean and well ordered. I wasn't expecting anything less, but the attention to detail and care taken exceeded my expectations.

Thank you so much for an amazing hair cut. I will have no hesitation in recommending Frol. I will certainly be returning for my next hair cut.

First haircut since lockdown. Haircut w Dennis always excellent /edgy .- he understand structure of my hair. Everything v well explained. Disposable gown/towel and mask given. Wash with gloves. Distanced++ chairs . V few in salon. Felt reassured that measures had been well thought out

Such a wonderful experience, especially after having to wait so long for a haircut due to lockdown. Was made to feel safe and welcome with all PPE in place. Dominique was so warm and friendly and did a fantastic job with my wash, cut and blow dry. I will definitely be going back to this branch.

She is a great professional, about how to do the colour, the hair cut and the way she is able to listen and empathise. She is concentrated in what she is doing and always with a sincere smile. As I explain in my previous title, and I want to mention that the young man who washed my colour he did very well and he knows about the head massage and the delicate way to seak with respect and warm.approach. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Toni & Guy in Ealing. Frol is a true hair artist who listens to you and goes the extra mile to get your hair just right. Everyone at the salon is friendly, they provide great service and I always feel welcome when I visit. You guys rock!

This was my first time at Toni and Guy and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the finish and styling of my hair. Whilst the stylist was styling my hair I wasn't too keen on the final look of my hair so I asked the stylist to make a few changes to how my hair was styled to suit me. But the response I received from the stylist was "it's your hair now you can do what you want with it!". I was shocked to have received this response and couldn't believe that the stylist was unwilling to style my hair the way I wanted it to look. At the end of the service I felt obliged to say I was happy with the cut and finish of my hair even though I wasn't. I was disappointed with the service and overall look of my hair and the stylists disregard for what I wanted my hair to look like. Unfortunately I will not be returning to the Ealing Toni and Guy salon again.

I am OBSESSED with my new hairstyle! I went in with extremely long hair, down to my coccyx, so very much in need of a trim! I had an idea of what I wanted & showed Dennis some pictures of what I had in mind & he did exactly that! The service was amazing, from entering the salon to leaving & I couldn’t be happier with my new look! I’ve been wanting a hair revamp for a long time now & I’m so glad I chose Toni & Guy for it!
