I am very disappointed. My haircut look radicals. Stylist did not do proper way. I show foto but she made her own style and called it French style.and charged me more then was written in leaflet. So I have to wear now for long time wig. Never ever to go there again. Will do myself

Extremely disappointing haircut!! Steep price paid for an awful haircut! The stylist was even recommended by his colleague after I showed a photo of the wonderful haircuts I used to get, from my very professional stylist, who unfortunately, has gone to live abroad. I was worried about finding a new stylist so waited a long while before looking for a new one.
I wanted layers as before, I got one or two. I didn’t want it as short as it turned out. Just no shape to the cut. I will have to let my hair grow before it can be cut again properly!
Needless to say, I will not be returning to Toni&Guy in W5!

I had my hair done yesterday 09.01.23 and I am thrilled!! Tweedy never disappoint! She did a marvellous job ?. Everyone complements on my new hair. I love it ♥️ thank you Tweedy. I very highly recommend this lovely lady.

I am very, very unhappy with the haircut I had and safe to say I will not be returning.

I highlighted the problems I had with my hair and made it abundantly clear what I wanted to be cut shorter, left alone and evened out in order to grow into the style I want. I communicated that I wanted my hair to be in a place where it can grow out into the style I want and then showed them a photo of the end goal I want for my hair and thought they understood, clearly I was wrong.

I left with all the problems I had at the start and they have now be amplified, my hair looks worse and is in a much worse place to grow into the style I want. I understand that the hairdresser clearly knows whats best but the outcome I received is absolutely not what I communicated to him.

Every other part of the experience was wonderful, the person on the door and the person who washed my hair were both lovely but the haircut its self was dreadful.

Hadn't managed to have my hair cut for about 9 months but did today with Denis who always looks after me . Does exactly what I need and always does a beautiful job. Everyone always comments have lovely and healthy my hair looks.

I’ve never done dyed my hair a bright colour before but before my appointment at the consultation she was very knowledgeable helpful and put me at ease. The turn out of my hair is amazing, her service was amazing would definitely recommend .

I have not been to a hair dresser for months and months, but it was good to see it being busy and the service was prompt and very good as always - felt safe and at ease in the salon although it was rather busy - thank you Dennis and everyone else - hope to be back soon

I had my hair coloured today by Lauren and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lauren is friendly, professional and an expert colourist - I highly recommend her.
My overall experience was excellent and all staff were polite and highly professional- in particular Zac who washed and blow- dried my hair. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been getting my hair cut with Denis for so many years! He honestly is incredible. He knows exactly what will look good and always gives great advice. I trust him 100 percent and have always left the salon happy.

This is a great salon. If your looking for a skin that gives your a little bit more then this is it. I use Frol who is absolutely great with Women and men’s hair especially cuts.

Highlights were well done and well applied- great colour and hair cut was perfect with a great blow dry

Had to wait long, we all know why, but as usual live come out and my hair looks amazing. Great colour, smooth and silky. It doesnt get better than this.

I always have a full head of highlights with 4 colours, that suit by colouring. pick by Tweedy the wonderful hairdresser I’ve gone to for the last 5 years and will only go to her. I know I can ALWAYS go to her sit down and leave it to her and afterwards have a GREAT COLOUR and be so PLEASED with it. Tweedy is a wonderful, kind, thoughtful person, who always remembers things you’ve told her and then she asks you about again but not in a rude way. I can go in feeling and looking horrible and come out feeling and looking good.( other people saying I’m looking good)!! 100% you should give Tweedy a try.
