Frol did an amazing job cutting my hair into a long bob! I was very nervous about changing my hair and cutting quite a bit of it off but Frol and other staff at the salon were very kind, patient and reassuring! Very happy with the final result, it was EXCATLY what I wanted! Also worth adding that the salon took careful precautions in making it Covid safe by providing appropriate PPE, maintaining social distancing and ensuring cleanliness. Thank you.

Good experience for cut and colour. Little bit of a wait between colour and cut due to booking mix up

Wonderful experience. I was happy with the result. However, despite arriving on time , however the service was delayed by 33 minutes. I will still continue to come here as the staff are lovely’s .Laura has a wonderful manners and I really enjoyed my experience.

unfortunately he wasn’t well so some urgent stylist did the cut. Don’t get the haircut feeling at all. Seems nothing has changed.. just a trim...

I had a really great experience. Lauren and Dominique at the Ealing branch were excellent and really understood what I wanted done.
