The overall atmosphere in the salon is really calm and I have already booked my next appt!
In particular, Aieasha is brilliant. She was professional yet personable.; asked me lots of questions to understand what I wanted with my cut and colour and got it 100% right. The colour is stunning.

The cut turned out exactly how I wanted and the time went quickly because we were having such a fun little convo. And everything was perfect.
I really recommend this salon and Alika and her manager did an amazing job on my hair.

Aieasha has done a brilliant job on my hair with minimal brief and input from me - the brief was basically “please do my hair” … and Aieasha understood exactly what to do. Have had many compliments already.
Aieasha was also very understanding that I had to work through most of our appointment and that I had minimal time and needed to be out within 4 hours - we managed 3.5
Really brilliant all round and I am looking forward to my next appointment already (which Aieasha booked for me on the spot because I am so terrible at remembering to be organised about this!)

After being a client of Myla and Davis in Brixton, I was surprised to have such a different experience at the salon in Deptford. I was squeezed in for a full head colour after two salon cancellations in different weeks but I had to really ask the receptionist to find an alternative. Their standard answer was sorry, it is what it is, with no attempt to even offer an alternative or pretend that they were looking into it. On arrival for the appointment, the salon wasn't busy so we had time to chat and show photos of the colour. Things changed when I went in for the wash, which ended up taking 1 hour, inc. a free conditioning treatment for the cancellation mayhem. I didn't have my phone on me so only realised later that I sat there for over an hour.
The colour came out brunette after we had talked about a brown/dark chocolate without red in it. The stylist then said 'it's the closest I could get it to that', after never mentioning this when we started.
Rather than offer this kind of service, I'd have rather not try to squeeze me in and mess up the colour.
Very lovely atmosphere, music playlist was perfect. Service was outstanding, very professional

Taylor gave me the exact lovely, natural summer balayage I wanted. The kind of colour that’s so natural that people say - your hair looks so great! - rather than it looking like it’s been changed. Came here for the first time today and absolutely love my hair. The colour has come out perfect and my hair is dark so takes an experienced colourist to get it right. Head massage was really good and coffee was nice. And I like to chill when I get my hair done and Tom knew when to chat and when to leave me with my book.

I booked in as a hair model for training day. Lulu did a full head balayage, cut and root touch up for me. I highly recommend Lulu, she listened to me and she takes each steps carefully. And there is a head hair stylist there to help if the trainee have any questions. I have never had a non Asian hair dresser did my hair before, but I highly recommend her to my friends. She is very good with balayage.

Brooke the assistant hairstylist was amazing! At her training today she did a really good job on my Afro textured hair! I have never had such an amazing experience in a salon. The customer service was brilliant - I came in from the rain and straight away she hung my coat up and made me the most delicious hot chocolate!!

Had an amazing experience with Tom and the salon in general. Managed to nab a last minute appointment at the Deptford salon having been to enquire at the Herne Hill branch. I’d had a first round of balayage (what Tom explained were more like a full head of highlights) from another salon earlier but this had left my hair very ashy and not well blended. Tom did an amazing job blending the existing bleach into my natural hair colour, adding some more natural looking pieces, generally blending the whole thing together and correcting the tones to give me a more honey coloured blonde. Both Tom and the other stylist who washed/dried my hair we extremely gentle so aside from the great result, the process was also super relaxing.
