My son Billy had his hair cut by Danielle today and he was really happy with the results.
I also had my haircut and coloured last week and was very happy with it. The staff are always friendly and professional and there is always a good atmosphere to make it it a nice experience.

Gemma made me feel listened to - her advice was honest and realistic; I left feeling confident about growing my hair long and what I can do to speed up the process despite having to have it cut slightly shorter on this visit to support the style and condition!

I’ve been to Tony and Guy for years and the first time I have ever come out feeling fed up and a total waste of money and time. I have always liked the result from ***** but I absolutely hated what I had done and a fortnight later hate it even more! In fairness they did offer to do something when I was paying and said I didn’t like it but having been there two and a half hours and at the pay point I couldn’t wait to get out of there. At no point before I went to pay was I asked if I was happy, I really think you should be shown a colour not described a colour because in my case the colour described was not what I expected to ended up with, even friends have commented. However have to commend AJ who did a great job on my partners hair.

Such a nice salon, they are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. 100% recommend this wonderful haven :-)

I was with (J)Gemma- she was so lovely. It was a big change to my life with a new look and she made me feel very comfortable, calm and relaxed. She did an amazing job of my hair too! My bestfriend would be proud to see it! Thank you so much x

I booked my first visit to the salon online as our boiler had broken and I could not wash my hair. I received a warm welcome and excellent customer service from AJ who took time to discuss what I wanted and understand my hair. She recommended a treatment for my dry coarse hair and her blow dry left my hair feeling amazing, so smooth with lots of body. AJ then curled my hair with GHD’s and the curls stayed in all day without dropping as they would normally. My hair looked so glossy and felt so soft after the treatment I left the salon feeling like a new woman! Thank you AJ - I would definitely recommend the salon and I will certainly be returning in the very near future.

The experience was good but unfortunately my cut wasn’t I am not one to make a fuss but I really should have done as my hair is not blended in properly so it looks awful. I know it was a bit wayward but an experienced stylist would have been able to get it under control.

I've had haircuts done at T&G Croydon previously with Danielle and they were brilliant. Unfortunately, this time the entire experience and the haircut was appalling (it was done by ***** this time). She wasn't polite (was quite rude in fact), did not make an effort to understand what I wanted done and did an extremely shoddy job. She also attended to other customers in the middle of the haircutting session and hence did not pay attention to getting it right.

It is quite a shame, I'll need to get the haircut 'mended' somewhere else soon as it currently looks so much worse that it did before I got the haircut done.

Today I came in for a simple Olaplex treatment and Darielle looked after me with real care and gentleness. She took pride and real attention to each step and was very nice. When blow drying my hair Anthony also helped out and they both were again very polite and caring and also informative about how I can look after my locks but also about ways in which I could make the most of my curl's. I would most definitely return for the feeling of being valued and respected.

I always tend to avoid the big chains since I like a more personal service but after a recommendation from a friend I tried the Croydon salon and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I got exactly what I wanted and in very good time.

I’ve been coming to the Croydon branch for about 3 years give or take and wouldn’t look elsewhere. They’re all really lovely but I always have my hair cut by Gemma, she’s listens which is what everyone wants from their hairstylist and is always lovely. Always a lovely friendly service!

Sad to see Kerry-Anne had left as she’d been cutting my hair for many years now. However, I saw Gemma instead who was super friendly.

Aw shucks. Not as good as it once was, haircut not appropriate to my age and career. Something the old staff used to understand.

Yet again, a first class service! Great colouring from Steven and fabulous cut from the lovely Danielle. As for my hair? Looks amazing with lots of compliments already!

I had ruined my hair with home dying and they have helped to revive it using olaplex and it’s already looking so much better after one go. I’m excited to return to the salon :-)

My first visit. First impression was of a very professional and friendly salon. Having discussed what best style would suit me, Danielle did a superb job - already booked my next appointment.

My son and I had our hair done today by Danielle and Stephen. We were both really happy with the results and the friendly atmosphere and attention we received.

Danielle did a great job, she cut my hair well and knew what would suit me. She is friendly and professional.

Kerry-Anne has real flair & enthusiasm for the job. Her colleague are always welcoming & professional, making a hair appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I come out looking & feeling so much better. Well worth it. Thank you

Today Danielle treated my hair with Olaplex and then a power dose conditioner and my hair went from being like straw to being like silk!

Absolutely fantastic staff, managed to fit me in fairly last minute and did a wonderful job too.

Came in because of a pretty bad experience with a local hairdresser (left with orange hair and scalp irritation - wanted to have blond highlights). Shame on my trying to save money at the wrong ends! However trusted Tony and Guy to help me out with this. Keriyanne done such a great job making me feel comfortable and secure (absolutely needed after that experience recently). Had a full set of highlights and she done it so perfectly I was really impressed. Left with a good feeling Lucy did a nice blow dry at the end helping me with products to ensure how to treat my hair afterwards. Left happy and relieved. Definelty coming back- thank you so much guys! X
