Ajay cuts my hair which is very fine she’s a terrific hairdresser and has excellent costumer service skills prices have gone up so I will have to budget and have a couple less cuts in the year.

I I think the staff are great I am always made welcome, I never feel as old as I am, I get a good haircut it is quite a tonic

Really like this salon. I have been twice recently for a cut and blow dry and then for highlights and a blow dry. I have been very happy with the result both times and every member of staff have been friendly, professional and really helpful. I look forward to my next appointment!

Really relaxed appointment. I wasn’t pressured into buying extra treatments or products which has happened at other salons. Gemma went through the cut with me and options - giving me advice on how to blow dry and style.

I've been going to Toni & Guy Croydon for 15 years, seen lots of changes but it's still my fave place. Kerry Ann has been cutting and styling my hair for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. Everyone there is so lovely, it's such a pleasure! Under current management the salon keeps going from strength to strength and the vibe and direction is always fashion forward!

On arrival I was told that my hairdresser would be 5 minutes late. It was actually 30 minutes late. The girl shampooing my hair forgot to get me a drink. But what was galling was thst nobody apologised for the delay. Thst is always the case when there are delays as I have used the branch for 12 years. Given I am paying €55 for a haircut, I expect far better.

Love the way Kerry-Ann cuts my hair understood that I didn't want too much off today. Blow dry is always good too.

To be very honest, this salon is not even worth 1 star. However, I have no choice but to select it as I can not select 0 stars.The customer service which is provided in this salon is absolutely disgraceful. I cannot speak for all of the staff, but the stylist ***** who did my hair was very unprofessional. She did not tell me about the cost of any such treatment before putting it in my hair and still charged me at the end. There is no transparency in terms of prices. Even when I contacted customer services, they technically inferred that I was lying about my experience and did not wish to deal with my inquiry any further. I must also say that the Salon director ****** was very inconsiderate over the phone and did not take my complaint seriously.
