Absolutely lovely hairdressers staff at le super friendly and always make you feel welcome. Lacey has always coloured and cut my hair she is a fantastic stylist, very attentive and knows which style suits me.

Great service. Very friendly staff. Lovely cut and colour.

Louise suggested the best colour and it looked lovely when dried. My hair cut was exactly how I wanted it and Louise listened to how I would like it and how much off the bottom. I could have fallen asleep with the relaxing hair wash and head massage.
I would highly recommend Jam.

I have lost few strands of my hair extensions and the other salons wouldn't want to bother but Kate retaped it despite on I done it abroad and she didn't know what was the brand.

Julie is a hair artist. I show her hairstyle ideas and she adapts them to my face shape and hair type. I always get compliments about my hair now. Plus I don't have to faff with products and intensive styling if I can't be bothered, the cut is enough to look good many ways.

I've been to many trendy London salons but never had such good cuts as I have from Julie. Can't recommend more.

I was slightly nervous going to a hairdresser's for the first time but i shouldn't have worried! I had a great time and got the result i was looking for. The friendly atmosphere also helped me to relax and let me just enjoy the process of getting my hair washed, cut and blow dried. Would definitely recommend!

Haven’t been to this salon before but will definitely be back! Tori made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and throughout the cut made sure that I was getting exactly what I was asking for. She brought life back into my hair by adding layers and now I’m feeling much more excited to enjoy summer

***** was lovely and was happy to accommodate everything I asked for..however I had booked for a curly blow dry.. not 2 hours later all the curl has dropped out and I am off to wedding looking as if nothing has been done. She even used ghds to emphasis curls . So disappointed not to mention waste of money. Last time I go to a local salon for big event.

Second visit and have booked next appointment. I have been to many salons in Croydon and jam is my favourite because Lacey always takes the time and advises me what to do. Everyone in the salon is friendly and the prices are reasonable for service provided.

As always I floated home knowing I looked fab. Even the taxi driver Saudi looked great. This salon is a joy.
