Very happy with experience, including firm head massage - it’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
Front of house a bit haphazard - asked for drinks request, then forgot to bring it, but charming and apologetic when this was pointed out.
Bit cramped and noisy.

Jiyoung is the best hair stylist I’ve come across at any hair salons anywhere in the world. Highly recommend her skills and personality that makes you comfortable while she does beautiful work on your hair. Whole staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Absolutely wonderful experience and outcome - I went in with what can only be described as a mop on my head but Janet worked miracles! The atmosphere was great, Janet and the team are lovely, she did a brilliant job of transforming my look and I'll definitely be going back again.

Ji Young is hands down the best stylist I've ever come across - she's been cutting my hair for almost 5 years. I've recommended others (2 females) and both agreed she was exceptional.
My only criticism is the wash basin - its painful on the neck, please change! :-)

New to salon but used toni and guy for 20+ yrs. i was a walk in and was booked in with a 15 min wait, a little strange that they did not want my details on booking and i had to offer my name and number. Wash was good but no head massage was offered and junior washed my head from the side so i got a lovely view if his armpit throughout. Once sat down Janet did a great cut. Will return.

On arrival, the receptionist would have fitted you in an appointment, but they should have advised to you that there was a 15 minute wait when booking you in. Sometimes, we wait for you to be seated and then give you a pad and pen to fill out your details. Again, the receptionist should have been more clear and I will take on this feedback, so in future any appointments with yourself and for our other clients will run smoothly.
We can apologise about the basins being to the side and the view you had, next time we will take you downstairs for a relaxing massage and hair wash.

I have to admit to using this salon on a regular basis. The staff are both friendly and talented. I absolutely love all of them, especially Connie and Louis. Its a wonderful, friendly salon and I always look forward to spending some me time there. Ive tried lots of places in the past but this place beats them by far. Im a professional and always need to look good at work, and they excell at meeting both my needs and expectations. If you are in the Covent Garden area give them a try on Long Acre, you wont be disappointed.

I have been going to George for 18 years. He is so good I travel 130 miles to continue to get my hair highlighted, cut and styled with him so nce moving from London. He is lovely company and is the most skilled hairdresser I have ever had (have tried more local hairdressers but always go back!) I would definitely recommend

Gerard is fabulous, can’t remember the girl who did my blowdry but she is was very sweet and friendly. My only criticism Is the toilet area had piled up dirty towels on the floor and no Clean ones to dry my hands, also no toilet paper on the loo roll.

I simply cannot recommend this location enough! Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting was extremely welcoming and helpful. I had a colour correction service done by Lisa and let me just say, she works magic! She was incredibly knowledgeable, let me know each step we were going to take to fix my problem hair, as well as being extremely personable. I ended up leaving with amazing hair. I could not have been more happy with my experience or with my results. I highly recommend this salon and Lisa in particular!

Even though my reaction might have been somewhat shocked and definitely left me speechless, I had never been so happy with a haircut. The blow dry and finish Antonio did was incredible and I enjoyed the many complainants throughout the day.

I had made an appointment and had to rearrange. I was told to come in a half an hour earlier for a colour and then I could have an earlier hair cut. In actuality I did come in early but far from having an earlier haircut appointment it was 20 mins later than first arranged. My cut lasted 20 mins. First I had virtually anything taken off and then after I said it wasn’t enough I had more cut ( most was left on my polar neck jumper) the blow dry was curled in on one side and out on the other. Really disappointing.
