I had my hair colour and a cut today by lovely Jiyoung, I am very happy with the final result!

My hair needed some TLC after lockdown and Jiyoung made sure to make me feel great. Thank you very much! Jiyoung has cut my hair to suit my face and the colour was agreed upon consultation to suit my complexion. I went for blonde, low lights for a more natural and textured look.
My hair now feels refreshed, shinny and very soft to touch. I would definitely recommend Jiyoung - she is very professional in her approach, listens to what you want, gives great advise and will leave you looking and feeling fabulous!

The whole experience was very good, the receptionist Laura is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, the Tony&Guy salon in Long Acre is clean and sanitised. You get your own disposable gown, towels and a mask, I felt very safe through my visit. I was offered water and hot drinks which is a nice touch too.

Hair are very good. Technice of cutting is brillant. Although my hair had been cut way too much. I clearly said I wanna cut them a bit, we agreed at 1 cm but we cut much more. Next time really follow What customer is saying.

Matteo was great, really professional who clearly cares about doing a good job. I don't trust many people with my hair but I am really happy with the result, will definately be back once it's all allowed again!

I’ve returned to this salon because I felt much safer than at the other one in Covent Garden. Here all stylists keep their masks on and use either glasses or face shields on top of the face masks. The two stylists who looked after me are delightful. My colour and cut are marvellous and they are polite and conscientious.

This was my first appointment at Toni & Guy Long Acre and it was just perfect. Jiyoung Lee gave me a fantastic haircut, exactly how I wanted it, and the Keratin treatment was also great. Plus, the salon is spotless and all Covid-19 guidelines are followed in detail and I felt totally safe.

Jiyoung has been cutting my hair for a while now; not only is it always a pleasure to see her, but her skill as a hairdresser is unparalleled.

Ji young is an excellent stylist, she advised me on what would look best and gave me the best cut I’ve had in ages.

Firstly I felt that all of the covid measures Toni & Guy have taken were thorough and excellent and I felt perfectly safe. Secondly, Jiyoung, as always, salvaged my disastrous hair and did a fantastic job!

I’m very happy after my day at Long Acre salon. Everyone was wearing a face mask and the stylists who worked with me had also a face shield. Brushes scissors and combs were disinfected in front of me before use. The colour is so natural the bob is lovely. And for the first time I felt really safe.

First time in Toni&Guy and I was very satisfied both with Matteo’s work and for the COVID-19 measures that were in place. I felt very safe and comfortable which is what I was looking for especially now during the pandemic. A colleague of mine recommended me Toni&Guy and she was totally right. Matteo’s work was excellent and quick. I am very happy with my haircut. He gave me tips and advised me on how to treat my hair better which was very helpful too so, I will put them in practice. I will definitely return again.

I went to the salon the first weekend that they opened after lockdown and it was also my first time to have Matteo cut my hair. Despite all the new precautionary requirements put in place Matteo made it very comfortable and was reassuring and friendly. The actual haircut was the best I've had and he offered plenty of helpful advice on styling and how to keep my hair in good condition.
The second time I visited it was nice that he remembered me. He proceeded to cut my hair and consulted me on how he thought it would be good to cut/style, I found this very helpful as I often am unsure of what I like or what looks good and it can be scary to go for something new. The second haircut was just as great and I would like to thoroughly recommend Matteo.
It must be noted that before using Matteo I used to go to a barbershop and wasn't aware of how men's hair could be cut & styled. Please don't be intimidated by going to Toni and Guy if you've only used barbershops before! The service and quality of haircut is well worth it!.

Really enjoyed the visit tonight. The salon is sparkling clean and the service is great as always. Jiypung is brilliant, professional and very nice.

I cut my hair it was ok , and next day looked horrible I have been crying ever since. The fringe is too short and the layers uneven all my highlights were cut off. I look like a chicken I hate it.
