About us

Unquestionably the best hairdressers in Chiswick. TONI&GUY burst onto the High Road in 1996, and has gone from strength to strength. This award winning salon and team currently hold the L'Oreal Colour Trophy title for the Mizani (Afro) category. They were also Regional Finalists for L'Oreal Colour Trophy Women's category. The stylish salon blends London cool with a relaxing village vibe offering the highest standards of hairdressing service. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to create fashion fabulous hair that is individual and easy to manage.

In a recent survey carried out by Durham University, clients have commented 'your customer service is outstanding.' However, Sue, Director of the TONI&GUY Hairdressers in Chiswick, says 'we are always looking for ways to improve.'

We offer many additional services such as Bridal and Occasion hair, and the semi-permanent blow-dry treatment, NanoKeratin. Clients are also welcome to seek the advice of our Strength in Style consultants in association with Macmillan Cancer Support. Our wide range of retail products include, label.m professional and Kerastase, Mizani & GHD to ensure your hair stays salon perfect until your next visit.

Brilliant colour but haircut was overpriced

I visited the salon on Saturday 1st February 2020 and had my hair coloured by the lovely Sylvianna and hair cut by the wonderful Ermis. I asked for a sun kissed, natural balayage with well blended colours of blonde, brunette and caramel. Sylvianna had kept the afternoon free for me to get this work done and she did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with the colour and will definitely be returning to her again.
However, I will not be returning to Toni & Guy for my haircuts as I feel that they are overpriced. I paid quite a lot for my balayage but that was because I felt that it was of value. For my hair cut I only asked for a straight cut and specifically asked for the Stylist level so that I wouldn’t have to overpay for this as it was a simple cut. However I was charged £67 for a cut that took only 20 mins. Ermis, the stylist who cut my hair, did a great job but the price was more than I wanted to pay. I will be returning for colour with Sylvianna but I’ll never return to Toni & Guy for a haircut.
