Had a very 'different cut' in the salon which I was not happy with at first. Now that I have got used to blow drying it, I love it. Ermis is a lovely guy and really good cutter. Will definatley return to him at the salon again in the future.

Ning has cut and coloured my hair for years now. While away temporarily, I had a ‘disastrous’ cut from a T&G stylist in Dorset.
I returned to Ning, and she did her magic and fixed it. I now feel like me again. Ning knows me and knows my hair!

Ivana is a fabulous person and has a gift for positive communication. She has cut my hair for a number of years and I have always loved it! I trust her implicitly with my rather difficult mop of hair. The transformation she achieves is much appreciated.

I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Sylvianna did an amazing job on my hair! I have super thick hair so it’s difficult to manage by most hairdressers and they are often over cautious about cutting it short or doing anything with it! Sylvianna listened to what I wanted and did exactly that in a way that worked for my hair texture.

My stylist is the only reason I’m going back to the salon, a 5* to Ermis and Zero star to Tony who refused to take the phone and listen to the customer who wasn’t happy with the new centralised booking system.
And big loss to the Tony and guy centralised team who didn’t advise properly, and caused a lot of issue…

Tony is simply the best hairdresser, I haven’t let anyone else cut my hair for over 12 years. I have thin hair and he is like a magician with it, I’m still surprised every time how he makes it look so good! On top of that he is a great person, but also leads his salon by his example with ensuring quality throughout including his wonderful wife Sylvia. I would strongly recommend going there to everyone.

I don't think the stylist is listed! Supposed to be highlights and lowlights as wanted my natural hair/darker to come through and I'm just blonder. A good centimetre from the roots and with random gaps untouched. They did offer to put right but I don't pay that kind of money to have put right. The manager needs to go on a customer service course, arrogant and someone who is always right. His comment of 'we can only try our best!' No actually you're supposed to be trained professionals!!!I hate my hair, I thought I at least liked the colour but it's just awful and think of dying brown to cover the mess.
I wasn't going to write a review but after looking at my hair again, it needs to be said.
