My hair stylist always gives me a consistently excellent hair cut and style. He's always wonderful to talk to and the time just flies by. A throughly professional service.

I went in for a fix up of the style I have settled upon for about the last two years. It's been tweaked slightly to give it more 'edge', but it's more or less in keeping with what was first suggested by Art Director, Lisa, and myself at my very first visit. After two years with hairdressers who treated the frizz in my ethnically mixed hair (Afro/Euro/Amerindian) as if it was something awful, rather than the 'natural perm' that it is, let's just say that Lisa is a complete star. It is slightly more expensive than my old hairdressers, but in the long run, cost effective, as there are no 'mistakes', hastily booked appointments for restyling or need for expensive products and maintenance.

I have been Lisa's client for about 1 year and I can certify that she is an expectionally professionally skilled woman and additionally she has a warm heart.
She is very efficient and understanding of each situation.

Tomoko is amazing! The best hairdresser I have ever had. She's been cutting my hair for over 10 years and even now I don't live in London anymore I still makenthe journey back to have her cut my hair!

Great cut this morning. Didn't catch the girls name but she was awesome. Liked the attention to detail in terms of keeping my neck dry and also the rinse at the end to get rid of itchy hairs. Very impressed overall. Thank you!

I have attended this salon while ive been in the uk (approx 30 times) they have always been great at matching my roots. However on the last 2 occasions they have been terrible and when i was upset suggested that i get highlights the next time...despite other toni and guy salons in different countries having no issues. I wont ever go back

Katie always cuts my hair and she's fab! I was off to my friends wedding today and she styled it on top of my normal cut. Apart from the fact she's lovely, she always goes that little bit further and remembers all the details making it all very personal. In short, she's brilliant!

Getting ready to go to an important dinner I booked myself a Blow Dry at Toni and Guy Cabit Square. What a beautiful salon. The service was excellent, being brought my glass of chilled water on a tray with a small carafe , ice and lemon. The delightful Italian girl who washed my hair gave me the most relaxing head massage and the bright, professional stylist who made me look perfect for my important event was superb. Just an overall excellent experience. Thank you.

I go to this salon regularly and have no complaints. Respectful of our space and able to judge whether you're up for a chat or not.

I have been a toni and guy customer for years and have lived all over. The consistency of cuts/colours is why I keep coming back - regardless of where I am living at the time.

Canary Wharf has been the best salon yet, clean, smart, staff are all so polite and welcoming - which sounds silly but some salons overlook its importance.

I was late and missed my appointment. The whole team helped me reschedule and move things around. They were pleasant and supportive. What a great team you have!! Pretty good at hair too!

Consulted with Tomoko (sp?) who was very knowledgable and understanding. She proved her skill with an excellent cut. Many stylists pile product after product on my thick, unruly locks, but I got away with a slick of wax and a flattering, versatile hairstyle!

I love going to Toni & Guy in Canary Wharf. Aside from being conveniently located for me to pop in during my lunch break, the team (from receptionist, to assistants washing my hair and my hair stylist) are all friendly and welcoming). I always get my hair cut and styled by Charlie who is just fantastic. She listens and gives excellent advice so I never leave disappointed. I highly recommend the salon and Charlie.

I went for a hair cut at Tony and guy Canary Wharf on 17th Sep.

I did not get a bad haircut per day but did not get what I wanted. The hair stylist was lazy and that came across evidently when her reaction was oh this requires layers.

And eventually gave me something but did not resemble the look she agreed to give me.

Certainly not worth the price! Feel ripped off...

After six years using the sister salon in Covent Garden, I have decided to try this branch in Canary Wharf closer to my home as my usual stylist left the company. I must say I felt welcome the moment I stepped in the salon, every one from the reception to the shampoo station was very professional and friendly, Tomoko did a fantastic job. It is definitely my new salon.

Very happy with the Hair colour done by sereena. But not happy with the express blow dry done by a guy who was working on that sunday. Prefer not to do the wash and express blow dry with him again.

I'm not very adventurous and not very good at explaining what I want from my hair and so I love that everyone at this salon (especially Serena and Jo) are easy to talk to and don't try to make me push my boundaries too much! From front desk/reception to the technicians and stylists and the junior members of staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Love it!

Serena coloured my hair and we changed the colour, great advice, great colour, great colourist, fabulous person!

Today I had a wash and cut at the Canary Wharf Toni and Guy salon. The hairdresser was very friendly and professional, and introduced herself as Katie. All of the staff were great. The head massage was wonderful.
I was particularly impressed with the way Katie had asked about my hair and took on my comments, incorporating that into how she styled it. I would recommend the salon to others.

my haircut even though looked really nice after the dry up but I expected something more sophisticated fir the price paid. The hairdresser was lovely.

Highly recommend Joanne who managed to cut my difficult hair exactly as I wanted it, on the first session.

Really great service, listened and understood what' look I wanted for my hair. Lots of advice too.

Charlie is my hairdresser at Tony and Guy Canary Wharf. She is a very chatty person and always makes my visit to the salon a nice experience. She is very experienced at her job and always gives good advice on my hair care products and so on I have been a customer now at Canary Wharf for more than 5 years and I hope to continue being for some years to come

Got an appointment at short notice within the time frame I wanted. The stylist, Jennie, was really friendly and worked quickly and professionally. The young man who washed my hair was very good too. All in all a very enjoyable hour. The salon wasn't busy but there was a nice atmosphere and I was offered a hot drink and also the latest magazines. Definitely will go again.

Used Toni & Guy salons for over 20 years. Always a high standard and very professional. Canary Wharf however is significantly more expensive for gents than T&G Liverpool Street Station which I used previously. Stylist is excellent and as a result still won't go anywhere else

The person who washes my hair was so careless and didnt wash my hair well at all. I feel i want to wash it again now.
I think there should be more attention to detail.

Great and consistent service (love head massage when geting shampooned), threading available (huge plus) and big range of product selection rather than promoting one brand.
Hours of operation are phenomenal too.
I sometimes spend long periods away in NZ and each time I return the same consistent, excellent service. The fact that the staff remains the same shows they're happy too which can only be a good thing:)

The girl who washed my hair clearly didn't want to be there...she didn't say one word to me and even though I paid extra for a treatment I never got a head massage (one of the things I look forward to when I visit any salon).
My stylist was pleasant enough but cut my hair as quickly as possible seeming to want to move on to the next customer. I walked out the salon with hair looking worse than if I'd done it myself.
I went home and washed it straight away so I could style it myself. Probably the worst £74 I have ever spent. I'm not sure if this was a result of having Saturday staff and therefore less monitoring and rigour either way I will not be returning.

I had my hair cut by senior stylist Nadine. I particularly appreciate her deep knowledge of what would look good and what not. Her cuts are always flawless, easy to maintain and the look beautiful also when hair grow. I like the fact that I can really trust her judgment and advice.
