Wonderful experience today with Armando! He is super skilled, choose the perfect treatment to make my hair feel brand new and cut it so beautifully. This was my first time visiting clo&flo and I would 100% recommend.
I felt that I didn’t have much of a salon experience, I would of liked to have been offered tea/coffee & treatments. I spent £42 on a blow-dry that dropped out within 30mins. My stylist seemed not interested and did not want to talk.

Didn't actually get the nail technicians name, he done a really good job and my finger and toe nails look amazing, very relaxed atmosphere and pleasant staff, will definitely go again.
most salons that are high end and even charge less do this which your salon did not -
1) offer you a drink
2) offer to take your things i.e coat
3) get you to wear a over all whilst your hair is getting washed
4) give your hair a massage whilst being washed offer products additional to be used
5) would never sit a paying customer down where there is hair left over from the last hair cut - dirty
6) hair dresser has no conversation whilst doing hair
7) no thank you
8) dog there - when allergic dog moving around
