Over a year ago I visited Clo and Flo for quite a big balayage job. I’d never had it done before and was very nervous.

Armando was my colourist and I have to say, over a year later, I’m back in the country and only want to visit him for colour again.

I had highlights recently and unfortunately the job just didn’t compare. I’ve just booked an appointment for next month and am genuinely so looking forward to it.

Had a cut and blow dry with Armando. He did an amazing job, was so gentle handed and a perfectionist with my hair. The cut is flawless and matches what I requested exactly and he is incredibly easy to get along with! Totally worth every penny!

This was my first time at Clo and Flo and also my first time trying a salon in London, so was a little nervous. But, Armando was absolutely incredible. He listened to everything I asked for, talked me through everything before getting started and explained each step as we went along.

I had a full head of balayage and I’m so so happy! All of my expectations were exceeded. I can’t recommend Armando enough. Just found my new favourite hairdresser :)

I have visited Clo and Flo for 2 appts now for infills and shellac and both times booking was easy and the technician was great and made a lovely job of my nails. Really pleased with the outcome. Price is also good for central london and would defintely receommend.

I’ve been going to Clo&Flo at Borough for past couple of years now. It’s very convenient for me as it’s just round the corner from my work, so I can nip out for a blow dry during my lunch hour. It’s easy to make an appointment and they have a generous and simple loyalty points system. The ambience and atmosphere is very relaxing. I found my favourite person- Laura, she’s my go to girl and never disappoints!

I’ve visited Clo and Flo a few times now, and I’ve had the best experience every time. The team are so nice and friendly, Laura and Armando in particular are so polite and the best colourists I’ve ever had. They understand the look I’m going for and use the best techniques to achieve it. I trust them implicitly. I always leave with a smile on my face.
The only thing I wish they had was a glass of wine or a G&T after a long day! :-)

Laura is fantastic! She truly listens to your preferences, takes her time to ensure everything is done perfectly, and always gets the color just right. I always leave extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Came to Clo & Flo looking to treat myself to a wet cut as I usually go to the training place in order to save money. Had a 10:15 appointment and was out by 11am. I was incredibly clear with my stylist the exact style of bangs I wanted and I am afraid it is not what I have received; I did flag this with him, asking if once dry the hair would look how I wanted and he assured me it would. After getting home and styling it how i normally would, it is way more blunt than I wanted, not like the reference picture. Furthermore, I am unsure if he was having a bad day but it really seemed as though he did not want to be there; it was very rushed i thought. I do not usually leave reviews but I left feeling slightly deflated and feeling like I should have just stayed at the training salon. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I visited the salon a couple of weeks ago and I’m super happy with my new haircut since then :) I enjoyed the lovely, relaxed atmosphere and Armando has been great, very professional ,patient and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, efficient service

I had my hair coloring with Armando. He was such a gem and very professional and expert in choosing me the right color. My color is sooo beautiful. He is a very friendly person as well. I also had a rough dry with Laura and that was great too, almost like a proper blow dry. So happy with your service, thank you guys ☺️

Went here for the first time to get a haircut. The receptionist was lovely and efficient. I was very happy with my haircut and treatment by Armando, he is talented and listens to you. Overall a great experience

Laura is a fabulous colourist and Marco is an excellent cutter and stylist. You can depend on their expertise always.

Visited today the salon for the first time for a blow dry. The products used for the wash made my dry hair really soft , something I couldn’t achieve at home . Markus was gentle with the blow dry and there was not much pulling at the scalp. Good value after applying the discount code .

I felt like my appointment was quite rushed and while my hair looked fine when I left (because it was curled), I quickly realised that one side was longer than the other. Really disappointing

Since one year Laura Pyz is my stylist of trust at Clo & Flo. She fully understand what I would like to do with my hair, makes additional styling suggestions and gives useful hair care tips . The results always exceed my expectations and I'm leaving the salon with a very big smile in my face.

I highly recommend getting you nails done here, very affordable with lovely results, I regularly book every two weeks.

I’ve been to Clo&Flo Borough back in April this year and booked another appointment for August as I was super happy with the results! I really struggled to find a good hairstylist in London but I wouldn't change now. They are all super professional and my hair felt very healthy even though I had a full head balayage. Thank you!
