I've been going to Nishma for over 14yrs and always really happy with the end result. This is a great salon, wonderful talented staff at all levels and amazingly friendly. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I have been going to t&c Bc for years! Different hairdressers over the years but I am yet to leave disappointed with the experience! Great atmosphere and professionalism!! For today thank you Jamie!!! ?

Get my hair cut by a senior sylist. Expensive but always happy with the cut. She cuts it's exactly how I want it. She is very good and pays attention to detail. She is definitely worth the price I pay. Always leave happy with my hair cut. The staff are also very nice and professional.

Very pleased with the cut as always. I always get a senior stylist to cut my hair. Today I had one who has not cut it before. She was very professional and friendly without being intrusive. I always feel like I've had a real treat when I come away from T&G. The whole team are a credit to the organisation.

For the most part I had a good time. Decent staff who are friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was good, and it makes me want to go back. However, the crucial element of the haircut IS the haircut, which didn't really deliver. After checking several times that what was wanted was fine, and assured that it was an easy task and not a problem, right at the end, I'm informed that they had cut my hair too short, and that there was nothing they could do to rectify it. I was told to do my hair in a different way, a way in which I didn't want or like. At that point, rather sheepishly, they moved onto their next customer, and i am left to let my hair grow out, and find someone to rectify the mistake. For the price, you would expect a more professional cut. No reduction was given either. However as a person, great fun.

It's been three weeks and I'm still feeling angry and upset :-( usually very happy with the service and my hairdresser knows exactly how I want it, unfortunately she has left so I was given any hairdresser... to my unfortunate luck a very unprofessional stylist and didn't know what she was doing. Upon calling to book my appointment I was asking the background of this person understandably as I've never used them, the telephonist said she been working there more than two years blah blah blah - this was incorrect. She absolutely DID NOT Listen to what I asked for and the whole time I wanted to question but gave her the benefit of the doubt until she started blow drying my hair and I had to stop her. During the haircut she took all of my 20inch hair (that's right 20 " and no sectioning) all up and needed someone's assistant to hold the hair up so she can cut my hair?? I was so confused. I'm almost 40 I've been cutting my hair for a very long time this was the first time I've experienced anything bizzare. She asked the girl to hold my hair tight and when she did and she said got angry and said not that tight and was getting frustrated that she couldn't perform a simple haircut. She was panting and sweating and looked all nervous and all over the place, honestly, I was on the edge the whole time. I even overheard the girl holding my hair ask her what type of hair cut is this. To top everything off, I asked for tousled blow dry, and my hair was NOT tousled. She clearly didn't have a clue what she was doing and felt she rushed the whole thing. I'm amazed T&G would hire an unprofessional. Considering the price I paid, I never would expect low quality and standards and service. Lastly wanted to say she rushed off to her next client asked and guy at the desk to take my money and like that she was gone. She used a ton of hairspray and usually I get asked if I want hairspray... sorry for the lengthy review tbh I wasn't even going go write one because life goes on but every time I'm thinking about my haircut I'm still feeling

I have been a clent for almost a year now at Brent Cross. I am very pleased with my haircuts especially Billy and lately Coco.

I'm so pleased with my hair colour and style!

I will not go to this place again. The stylist was not very attentive and so didn't cut my hair the way I had asked for. When I pointed some things out, he would just dismiss them ('Oh no, that's just the way it looks because of your hair colour' - er no, it's much shorter than I had asked for!). They had to try to fix it at the end and it looks good now, but not exactly what I wanted and they still charged me the extortionate price even though everyone in the salon noticed I wasn't happy.

Had a cut and rough dry as the kids were waiting. Nice and quick.
Perfect cut and even the rough dry looked good.
Head massage was lovely as well as a good cup of tea.
Definitely will return.

Had my haircut on Sunday by the top man Pritesh, always does such a great job! Never go to anyone else!! Great sence of honour lol . Was welcomed by lovely smiley staff . I have been a regular customer of this Salon for 15 years and can honestly say there may not be anyone else to do as good a job. My hair is always at a brilliant standard. Pritesh cuts my hair and always does an amazing job! I always trust his skill and experience to leave me with a hairstyle I can easily maintain, that suits me and my lifestyle and he throws in a friendly chat to lighten the atmosphere and make me feel comfortable. Dye is always done by Nishma, I can always trust her to chose the right colour for me. Her friendliness and experience again ensures I will regularly return to her in future! Thank you both for always giving me an enjoyable experience.

Pritesh is a very talented stylist. He has been cutting my hair for years and I have never been disappointed. I'm VERY fussy about my hair, but not with Pritesh. I trust him implicitly and he knows exactly what I want and how to work with my hair type. He is always honest & advises what will & won't work , is great at recommending good products for my hair type and is very enthusiastic to try new styles. He's easy to talk to and very personable, a real credit to the salon and the reason i have been returning to this particular salon for years despite the fact that there are other branches closer to where I live . I have been coming to this salon for more than 6 years and am always very happy, all the stylists are great! But I'd like to give a special shoutout to Syvil, who did an amazing job recommending a new look for me. She changed my long hair to a fashionable shorter cut, and I absolutely love it! I don't think I've ever received this many compliments before, the hair looks great!

Hannah did an amazing colour on my hair, its looks so cool! I knew that she had to leave early but she made sure she stayed after the time to make sure the colour was perfect. That makes a difference when you trust someone to colour your hair. Billy did an awesome cut on hair too! All the staff were lovely and really friendly. I was very happy with my hair cut and blow dry at Toni and Guy Brent Cross , 5 pm 22 March. The stylist was really painstaking, took all the time needed and most importantly, listened to me and wasn't scissor- happy!
