I had a lovely experience at Luminus yesterday. Seden is a wonderful lady and I always look forward to having my hair coloured by her. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The new salon is light and has been stylishly decorated.

I had a wonderful massage from TrinitI. Very personalised and tuned in to my needs. Hot stones were an unexpected extra. . She is a very professional masseuse.

Amazing Murad facial by Emily, just a shame about the premises but the standards of the facials are high so worth the visit and money. Definitely will be booking my monthly facial with Emily next month!

I have been going for many years but not going any more. Was supposed to be temporary salon and now they go8 g to blackheath. My next appointment was booked with my regular stylist in July. When leaving i confirmed this only to be told i have to go to blackheath. Nobody had told me. I don't want to go there. Also in present salon hair washing done in kitchen whilst staff taking breaks there. No new magazines to read. Not a relaxing experience. I feel sorry for staff who are doing their best in unsettling circumstances

I am bitterly dissapointed with Luminis in Petts Wood ! Should you not have had the manners to send at letter to your customers advising them that all business ultimately was transferring to Blackheath instead of leaving it to your lovely staff to tell us . I have had my hair and beauty done by the salon for the last 15 years and sadly will now have to take my business elsewhere . I am sure many of your loyal customers will also be doing the same.

Absolutely amazing. Trinity works so hard on my knotted shoulders. A truly telaxing experience.

What a lovely experience having Amy restyle my hair. Talking through everything as she was doing it making the experience an enjoyable one. It’s not often you find a stylist who really listens to what you want and does it. Amy was very informative when I asked over having colours put through my hair. So professional I decided to have my patch test and book in. Highly recommended Amy is a credit to your salon

Left my skin blotchy and irritated. Not happy

Have been seeing Seden for many years now. Always happy with my hair and a pleasure to see her. So happy to have a salon in petts wood.

Although Sedden is a fantastic hairdresser, I feel that your prices are too high for the premises In which you are in! At the beginning, treatments were discounted to soften the keep clients happy, where as you are now charging west end prices to go and have your hair shampooed in a kitchen where staff are heating up last nights dinner! Not the salon experience you expect!

Was delighted to find Amy who is an excellent stylist and understood my quirky hair straight away. However, am not impressed that the promised new salon hasn’t opened and am paying top price for substandard surroundings. Perhaps someone needs to have a serious think about what customer service really means. As ever though the staff are very friendly and thoughtful.

An excellent time at Luminis. Made to feel very special and good advice . Made every effort to find an appointment I could make at short notice . Highly recommend all treatments and staff .

As usual excellent care and attention from Amy. However I am disappointed with the limitations of the new premises and can’t understand the lack of progress in finding a permanent home. If it wasn’t for Amy’s high standards and professionalism I would undoubtedly have moved to a new salon by now, particularly bearing in mind the high prices which are still being charged.

Hi I always get my hair done by Amy of if she is on holiday by Roxanne and I can't fault them that's why I keep coming big I am very disappointed that the salon isn't as it should be as if I'd a time to be spoilt and relax and thus can't be fond properly if you have to move seat to make room for the next person or dig in s kitchen to get your hair washed I'm so surprised how Amy manages to keep calm and still make it as good an experience as she can but I think the price when it was discounted because of the poor setting etc should not have gone back to normal prices until the salon could let u stay relaxed in the sand seat with your feet up etc . We are not updated when sll will he backbyo normal do if becomes frustrating and if Amy wasn't able to do my hair I font think I would keep coming . It is not the fault of the reception ladies either , since it moved to petts wood parking is also more difficult and more costly as if was free . I feel for the staff . Until the salon is as if should be j think the fees should be 20percrng less of similar

Visiting Luminis in Petts Wood is always fab. The staff, in particular Seden, are lovely. Always very friendly and welcoming. It’s a pleasure to visit.

I’m a new customer to your salon having been twice I’m really happy with my hair the friendly staff make you feel really comfortable I even love the temporary hap hazard salon it’s cosy not intimidating and your not on show to the world! Will be returning soon for some hair colour with Roxanne who has been lovely and helpful x

Always a pleasure to be treated here. Amy is an excellent stylist and Abby a fantastic beautician. Both ladies give a high level of customer care and are an asset to the business.

As ever, a relaxing and entertaining time spent with a group of people. Good cut and blow dry too!

I come to see Amy and Sedan who give an excellent service
I would not like to go to another salon as I value Amy's experience.
But I'm a little amused they I'm paying full price considering the surroundings
If it wasn't for Amy I would certainly without a doubt go elsewhere
