I went to the salon for a wash and cut. Gemma was, as always, very friendly, cheerful and competent. I was very happy with my new look! Gemma always does her best to meet customers' wishes. The rest of the staff were also most welcoming. Thank you to all of them !

As someone who historically has not been a fan of salons because I felt like I didn't fit. This salon and all the staff are excellent. Always welcoming and so knowledgeable to give me the best haircut with no stress.

I have been going to Matisse for highlights for quite a long time now and I have always been completely happy with my highlights and the service. Everyone makes you feel at home and comfortable. They always listen to what you want to have done and carry it out as you've asked. I cannot fault them at all.

Gemma was so professional and gave me a full consultation before starting my hair to make sure that I understood the end result. Phoebe also gave me the best wash and blow dry i’ve ever had! Overall such an amazing experience at Matisse.

My first time at this salon after moving to the area and I am very glad I chose Matisse! The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and I found my colour consultation was thorough and clear. The salon is clean and The decor is lovely, it really feels like a bit of an pamper session. I was really happy with my colour and trim and will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely amazing experience for my first time and I plan on coming back as I am very pleased with my hair and felt very relaxed here! Such lovely girls.

I went in for a quick pre-holiday wet cut. (I usually go somewhere much cheaper but they were unable to fit me in at short notice). The overall atmosphere was so much more relaxing that other salons. And by the time I’d had my hair washed inc. the best head massage, I didn’t want to leave! So I asked Savannah to blow dry my hair after all & she did a fabulous job. She gave it a bouncy slightly curled finish that has lasted to the next day & actually looks even better on day2. It may be pricey but this was probably the best hair salon experience I’ve had in years.

Have been coming here since I was really little, always a fantastic job. I booked the August special offer this time and my hair looks and feels great just in time for my holiday ?
