I’ve been going to this saloon a while now, always such a lovely service and such friendly staff. Always offered a drink on arrival, amazing head massages and you leave with your hair looking and feeling amazing!!

Savannah and Gemma transformed my hair: after years of hair extensions, a trip to Matisse managed to make my hair look even better than £700 extentions. I absolutely love going here, always feel so pampered and special and leave looking transformed. So happy with my cut and colour, would recommend Matisse to anyone.

Very, very happy with my "new" hair..Savannah was on my wavelength on to how I wanted it!!!..Lovely friendly salon too with the other two hairdressers that were there...I.ll be back!!!!!

Phoebe is a very friendly and lovely person, she always makes you feel welcome ! Her head massaging is the best feeling, and the best massage I have ever received. And she makes the best hot chocolate.

Nice salon, clean and tidy. My hair was blow dried just the way I asked for. Phoebe was really nice !

I have 2 boys one with sensory sensitivities and one with ASD. They both are made to feel in control of the hair cutting experience. Savannah engages with them at each stage and checks in all the time to make sure they are happy. The end result looks great. 2 happy little boys.

Dealt with both Gemma and Savannah. From the minute I walked in they were both extremely friendly and lovely. Discussed what I wanted and talked it through with me, expectations, results and what would most suit me. Was a fab experience from start to finish and definitely will not be going anywhere else but here from now on! Lovely salon with such a friendly atmosphere.

All the staff at this salon are so wonderful to interact with and are very passionate about their craft. I was always nervous about getting my long hair trimmed before coming to this salon nearly 2 years ago and its the only place i go to now! Most places cut it so short and nothing like what you asked for. So upon reccomendation from a friend i gave here a go. I have always been seen by Gemma and she is so wonderful when it comes to gettin your haircuts as she really listens to what you want done, and will take her time when cutting your hair. And even if you say for example you want 2 inches removed, she will take smaller bits at a time just so its not cut too short etc. i could go on and on about all the lovely things this salon had to offer. Always reccomend people, 10 out of 10 from me

Gemma did a fantastic job showing me plenty of options for my bridal hair. We tried plenty of styles to see what I’d like and what would look best, always keeping in mind what showed off my personality and matched my dress. Gemma is also incredibly talented, I can’t wait to see the final result on my wedding day!

I had a lovely experience. Firstly it was really easy to book, just popped into the salon briefly, described what hair cut I wanted, they booked me in for the next day. I had a nice hair wash and head massage, which almost put me to sleep (that you phoebe). Then taked through what cut I needed and showed some references to Savanna. She was very profession and friendly and gave me the cut i wanted.. i love it. The atmosphere was calm and comfy. Phoebe made me a cup of tea. Lovely Team. Great value. Honestly I couldn't fault the experience.

Gemma is amazing. She knows me and what I like and don’t like. She literally works magic on my long hair. She cuts it and it still looks long. And now she has added style to it and I love it! Gemma thank you!
