Matisse salon is always a positive experience. Gemma and the rest of the team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The salon is very clean too. Highly recommend.

Great team and very good results achieved . If I was to be critical of something would be the hair wash/ treatment side . I had water all over my ears and face , and overall the hair wash experience was not as relaxing and enjoyable as other salons .

My daughter has had her hair cut twice at this salon, both times with Gemma. She is so lovely and has done a really good job both times. My daughter leaves bouncing out of the door She's so happy.

My son, is just about to turn 15 this weekend, had his hair cut yesterday, by Gemma. And we worked out that she’s been cutting his hair since he was 3.
That’s a lot of hair cuts!

I think that loyalty speaks for itself.
The salon and all the staff are A*.

I was a bit unsure what I wanted but had a photo of my ideas. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed & we discussed my hair & what I wanted with no pressure & great suggestions I felt like they really took the time to look at my photo and decide what would be best. Love the end result and will be back for a top up!

Lovely welcome to the salon despite only attending for a fridge cut. Offered a drink and made to feel very welcome and the cut was good too!

I had a very enjoyable experience at Matisse Salon on Thursday 2nd July. I was attended by Gemma who was, as always, most attentive and genial, very competent and professional!

My hair had gone very dry at the roots and with the nourishing hair mask and fresh cut, it was rejuvenated. Amazingly styled and felt great!

I'm going through a difficult time with Chemo related hair loss. Gemma & Savanna have been so kind & helpful during this transition at every stage, with professional advice & empathetic treatment. They are not just hairdressers, they are kind friends. I can't thank them enough. I have been a customer for many years and will never go anywhere else!

Gemma and the team are just brilliant. They are always putting the client first. Me, mum and stepmum plus my sisters all come to Matisse. Yesterday my 2 year old daughter got her first hair cut with Gemma she couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. I always look forward to my visits.

Thank you Claire , what a great experience getting my hair done today at Matisse. I turned up, never quite sure of what I want, Claire was incredibly friendly to make me feel very welcome and took a very personal approach throughout the whole process to make me feel comfortable from start to finish and proposed options and tips. Gemma is an amazing stylist who will sit down with you and discuss your style etc with you so you are completely happy with the outcome.
I found it good value for money and all done in a relaxing atmosphere.
Cleanliness is above standard.

I had Gemma do my hair, what a wonderful woman, they all are actually, I have back problems and they went above and beyond for me, so helpful & kind. My hair has came out beautiful as well. So happy with it. Will be returning again and already recommended my friends.

I had a half head of highlights and the service is brilliant, Savannah always asks what I want and does exactly that. I leave with my hair perfect every time. Can’t recommend enough!

I've been a regular for a couple of years now and always have Savannah, who knows me and my hair type and will still ask me if I'm having the same or anything else. Giving me choices.
I use the good products and treatments, these are lovely and relaxing.
All the staff are lively and welcoming.
It's why I still keep going back.

Not impressed. After spending £31 I expected my hair to remain straight for at least 4 days but woke up this morning to find a kink in it so I will need to straighten again myself

I am a regular at Matisse and I am always come away feeling relaxed and very happy with my hair!
The colour is fab and the cut and finish is wonderful too.
My niece had her hair cut today too and she gets very anxious, but everyone is so friendly there and.put her at ease.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
