I don’t have my hair cut often as I don’t like the feel of general salons. I arrived at the salon and was put at ease as Ella asked me what I would like, after showing her various pictures and discussing my cut she took me off to wash my hair. As she cut my hair she asked me questions on how I would like things done ie length, shaping and blow dry. I was very pleased with my cut and it was dried just how I like it. I’ve been going to Jess for my hair, and she is amazing! She’s so thorough with my colour. My skin is porous, so colour can stain, but Jess always takes the time to gently clean up any marks, which I really appreciate. She also gives me great haircuts and the head massage she includes during the wash is incredibly relaxing and makes the whole experience feel like a treat. I always leave feeling pampered, and so happy with my hair. Highly recommend her!

Ella is totally lovely with my 4yo daughter. She’s cut her hair twice and done it beautifully, and she is a natural with kids. My daughter didn’t know what to expect but has loved being there both times, and spent two hours playing hairdressers at home afterwards today because she thought it was all so great. Ella chatted so easily with her and me (mum). Super easy to book online, lovely salon, good value, great service and vibe.
