I went in with grey spriggy roots, general
dull/winter vibe hair with dry ends and pretty shabby cut and left feeling like a Queen. Sara sorted my roots and put some magic stuff on after shampooing that sat on my hair for about 10 mins which has lifted ALL the dull colours and made my hair super shiny - it's like I've got new hair - lovely cut, amazing blow dry style and always the best banter.

I had a blow-dry at Edward James yesterday. The stylist was very nice, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the result and had to redo my hair at home, which has never happened to me here before. I usually leave the salon feeling happy and confident.
I had asked for my hair to be rewashed before the blow-dry started, as my scalp didn’t feel right, and afterwards my scalp was itchy. When I asked again, I was told it had already been washed three times, but it didn’t feel properly rinsed.
It was especially disappointing as this was during the Christmas period, when you want to feel your best.
Mide has been my hairdresser since before Edward James opened. She is always highly professional and understands client needs.

Charli wasn’t actually my stylist but rather the person overseeing Jamie, the trainer who cut my hair. Charli was super and on top it all the time. Jamie, like any trainee, did her best and was very good at some things and still learning with others. But I was happy to help out and get a cut for my time. Liked what I saw of the people working in the salon and I was certainly taken care of.

I had a colour with Shannon yesterday - the colour is fine but the lady who washed my hair didn’t do it properly and there was so much dye still in it when I rewashed it this morning - it looked like straw when they were blow drying it so I knew something was wrong.

Having been many times to this salon none of the past hair stylists made any suggestions to how to get my haircut, they are always pleasant, friendly get the job done & that’s It !! told zayde this yesterday , I don’t know why I keep returning but I do … anyway but she was a breath of fresh air , pleasant, down to heart & did a good job. Perhaps the other stylist can learn a bit from her as most of them in this hair salon including the receptionist are pompous, arrogant and self - absorbed . There definitely no Team bonding in this salon appears very unfriendly!!!
I booked in for a full head of highlights, but Pedro advised me to go for a mix of highlights baby lights and balayage - and it turned out amazing !!! Would 1000% recommend.
