As always I have the best experience visiting Hob Salon. I have been getting my hair cut here for the past 8 years and couldn’t think of going anywhere else. Every time I get my hair cut, Fizz does an incredible job in making my hair look beautiful, her hair cutting style is just unique and I love it. I walk away every time with a smile on my face. The new salon is stunning, such a nice friendly atmosphere and parking is so convenient!

Talking through colour options while getting keratin treatment helped me decide what to do to switch it up a bit. It wasn't nice. I was late for a few minutes and was treated like child at school being told off,l I teach at a college and I've never told any body off, but my hair dresser's time is way more important
He left me to go and talk to costumers a few times in the middle of the hair cut. He's a great hair dresser when he's focusing, he wasn't this time and I came home and had to cut one side that was longer than other side.
Usually he spends an hour on my hair, this time was wishy washy, unprofessional and inept.
Fizz did an amazing cut and bouncey blow dry for my birthday!

There was a different lady do the hair wash though and that was too rough/ brisk - would have preferred it to be more relaxing

I’m ashamed to say I let my roots go for far too long and with my thick hair it’s a big job....But Gillian had a smile on her face for the whole 7 hours I was there and never made me feel I was a big job, which believe me I’ve had before.
