Being heavily pregnant I am unable to wash my hair by myself anymore so I booked in for a wash & blow dry. From start to finish I had a very relaxing experience including a little head massage when I had my hair washed. Poonam gave me such a lovely bouncy blow would defo recommend. Thank you.

Millie greted me , before she put me to wash my hair , she sat me down and explained what she was going to do to my hair. There was no rush, although the shop was getting very busy. I felt very comfortable in my experience . Zara the girl that washed my hair was very good too, she gave me a lovely head message . I came in a few weeks ago to get a quotation. The stylist discussed what she was going to do and gave a quotation. This was written down. How do HOB then charge £28 extra for toner ? It is disgraceful considering I came in to get a quote so I would know exactly the price to be paid. Colour was good but I don’t have a good feeling after that upcharging. Also don’t go on a Saturday afternoon as the hot water runs out at about 3pm when busy. So the colour is good but watch out for unexpected charges even if u get quoted a price first

It wasn't nice. I was late for a few minutes and was treated like child at school being told off,l I teach at a college and I've never told any body off, but my hair dresser's time is way more important
He left me to go and talk to costumers a few times in the middle of the hair cut. He's a great hair dresser when he's focusing, he wasn't this time and I came home and had to cut one side that was longer than other side.
Usually he spends an hour on my hair, this time was wishy washy, unprofessional and inept.
