Great professional job by Eva. She was lovely, polite, engaging and gave me a lot of advice about my hair and products. I was really pleased with the result. The only negatives were that the music was a little loud for me and I wasn’t aware my services would take 5 hours! I haven’t had this done very often so a heads up about the time it would take would have been good. Other than that I am really pleased.

All of them are very nice, sweet and professional. Quality/Price is right. Thank you so much guys. See you soon. :)

I thought it was a great salon with super friendly staff and very welcoming atmosphere. I was given advice on the hair style I should go for and also about colouring my hair.

I think I had the best haircut in the UK. My stylist was really knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I had a great head massage and amazing hair cut

Eva is brilliant. She is amazing at creating colour. I love what she does to my hair. She has created a unique colour. I trust her completely. She is the best hairdresser I have ever experienced. She has very high standards so I appreciate her professionalism. I was so lucky to find her. I couldn't rate her more highly. I hope she stays in Southgate salon.

Fizz is always willing to talk through possible styles/ways of cutting, with me & is highly skilled, both in terms of practical application & knowledge.
I’ve never received a bad hair cut, or bad customer service; the standards maintained by Hobbs is consistently high.

Fizz has been my hairdresser for a few years now. She is very talented and patient with me! I’d recommend her to anyone!

She’s brilliant

I asked for longer at front,
I got longer at back,not straight across but rounded.
Lopsided to boot.
I asked for at least an inch to two inches off,l got 1/2 an inch.

What would be the point of complaining.
If you cant get it right first go,what are chances of getting it right second go???

Woke up with Marge Simpson hair…phoned Hobs at 9…got appointment for 10.30 with Antony…back to looking normal .

Booked a last minute blow dry and was fitted in at the time I was hoping for, I then turned up a bit earlier as realised I had a dental app that clashed. They were great and accommodating and I had a great blowdry by stylist Gemma. Really friendly lady and I’d love to go back for colour and cut but parking is a bit awkward in Southgate ..

Came in for a keratin blow dry and I am very pleased with the results. Gemma spent time to make sure I was happy too. . The girls on reception were very friendly and professional

It is so lovely walking in to HOB the staff are welcoming and professional.
The staff make you feel comfortable and really listen to what you want, and also give you amazing ideas. I have the confidence to leave it up to them too.

She is always very attentive and cuts my hair amazingly. Her blow dry is the BEST. And she is so dedicated that she stayed extra to finish of my hair and didn’t rush it at all.

I had a wash cut and blowdry today with a treatment best suited for my hair with fizz at the southgate branch of HOB Salons. I had roughly 3 Inches of my hair chopped and was extremely nervous however fizz was very welcoming, made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what was right for my hair to give me the best results. I am very happy with the outcome! My hair feels and looks much healthier.

Booked an appointment at the salon today at the lastminute and got an appointment with Anthony. I was vague with what I wanted but fully trusted him with my cut, and I am delighted with the result. Friendly, professional, had ideas, explained what he was doing and checked up to see if I was happy. Already booked Anthony in again for September. Thank you
