She always works hard to ensure we get the right colour which is always difficult as a greying red head customer! She additionally is always so personable and her team are an asset to her.
I've been seeing Ed for 12 years now. Every time, it's a pleasurable experience in the salon, and I always get compliments on the day, but right through to the next time.. considered colour, cuts that age well. I always leave in a great mood.

I have been going to Edward James since I came to London 2 years ago based on a recommendation I got from a friend. She had been seeing Natalie for around 10 years and had followed her from her previous salon. I can see why!!
Every visit is such a joy and I always feel a million times better when I leave. My hair has also NEVER been better - I even get stopped in the street with people asking where I get it done.
On top of the great chats and great hair, I love the whole experience. Everyone has always been so kind to me and it really feels that everyone genuinely cares for the clients - even if theyāre not their own.

Edward gave me a great cut. He knows what style suits . His colouring technique is second to none. What I like is that he listens and is great at interpreting client wishes. Very friendly salon with pleasing decor. Great staff.
Iāve had both a balayage and just a cut/blow dry with Rebecca now and wouldnāt dream of going elsewhere. Iāve never had so many compliments on my hair and my balayage is growing out beautifully after 4 months. Canāt recommend enough!

Such a lovely visit as always!
I asked for creamy blonde hair but instead my hair has turned out orange. I went back a week later to have the manager fix my colour. She was quite standoffish with me, and didnāt make me feel very welcome. She kept letting out large sighs the entire time she was re-doing my hair. Unfortunately, all she did was repeat the same colour but add even more of it. Now my hair is badly damaged from double bleaching, and still orange. Probably one of the worst dye jobs I think Iāve ever had which is such a shame :(

Danielle not only managed to give me a fabulous cut and blow dry she made my colour look rejuvenated as well. The calming Aveda massage at the start and a fabulous follow up one during my hair wash made the entire experience feel like I was at a spa retreat. Never disappointed with EJ.

Jessica has cut my hair before but this was the first time sheās coloured it. I showed her a photo and she was super honest and managed my expectations that what I was looking for might not be possible. Firstly, this is the sign of a great colourist, she then came up with a plan to create something I would never have asked for, but that turned out to be incredible! Daren was amazing at doing male highlights. Itās had my hair highlighted in the summer since I was a kid - about twenty years. No colourist has been able to get it right on first application as Daren did. Highly recommended colourist.

A great experience as always. I come every 4 or 5 weeks to get my hair coloured and sometimes cut and the service is always wonderful. Lovely head massage at the start, tea or coffee tray, great magazines to read and always great hair stylists. Colour is always superb and yesterday I had a conditioning mask which has made my hair super silky. The only thing I would change is the background music which is often more suited to the youngsters of today rather than oldies like me!
