An amazing experience with Dalis yet again. She’s an outstanding stylish and I always come away feeling amazing with my hair.

Shannon has been my hairdresser for many years - she knows exactly what I want, and somehow manages to make it even better than I imagined.

She’s incredibly talented, professional, and always makes every appointment such a lovely experience.

I ADORE Carrie. Over the last year we have taken my hair from long to a chic bob and added in a few sunshiney highlights. I absolutely trust her and am so glad I did.

Another blissful afternoon spent in Edwards company & skilful hands. The Balham salon on a Friday is a fabulous place to be; a happy team, gr8 music & creative cutting & colouring. Nothing is too much trouble, you are beautifully looked after with complimentary massages, drinks & the lovely Louis for entertainment. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Freya gave me an incredible cut and blow out. She understood what I was looking for and provided advice on what she thought would suit me. Extremely happy with the final results, and received loads of compliments.

Edward James is exactly what you need in a hairdresser: very experienced, creatively talented and very caring and interested n his clients - his salons are tastefully and comfortable designed, his staff are all super welcoming and friendly.

Yet another fabulously fulfilling experience, no one looks after their clients as well as the Edward James salons. From complimentary massages, drinks, gr8 selection of hair care products & exceptional advice ,care & skill, I cannot recommend the whole experience or result more highly.

I had my colour done, full balayage, with a cut and blow dry from the lovely Natalie. The results were beyond incredible and I could not be happier. One of the best colours I have ever had, the blend is out of a Pinterest photo. The whole salon is a dream, the products they use, the massages, the whole team make sure you are treated really well. I could not recommend Edward James or Natalie more!

I have booked with Shannon a couple of times after having my colour done elsewhere. She has rectified it beautifully, listening to my concerns and preferences, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. All the staff have been kind and professional, and I would hugely recommend the salon to anyone.

I’ve been seeing Natalie for about 10 years now and always leave with a fabulous cut. For various reasons I had to leave it for 15 weeks since my last cut and just the day before my appointment someone commented on my great hair style!! The sign of a good cut!

I had my full head of highlights done with Jamie and I’m really happy with the colour and cut. She really goes the extra mile and it shows. Love this salon. Go!

Really great experience again. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience - good combination of chit chat but also just calm which was nice. My hair just gets better and better from my time with Dalis. Honestly it’s the best condition it’s ever been in and it wouldn’t be that way if it wasn’t for her. Keep doing what you’re doing keeping this customer very happy indeed.

I enjoyed the salon experience- everyone was friendly, professional and polite. However, I didn’t expect a blow dry to take so long my appointment was at 3.45 and I left the salon at 5.15. The blow dry initially was fantastic but sadly it dropped a fair bit by the time I got home- quite disappointing after such a long time spent- especially when usually my hair holds very well.

Dalis is a breath of fresh air! She’s smart, funny, highly skilled at what she does, and she’s also just really honest and customer-focused. She knows me (and my hair) so well now that I always come away thrilled with the result. The best.
