Edward James London - Balham

A beautiful salon with all the little details thought about, from the massage chairs at the hair wash to the shoulder massage and coffee. Laura was great, understood exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with the cut and style. She also gave me good advice about colouring my hair and I look forward to coming back to do so!

I had a partial balayage done with Freya in Balham several weeks ago now and I’m so happy with the results! I will definitely be going back for all of my future appointments- thanks Freya :)

First time with Laura and already re-booked. Initially came for just a colour and the accuracy around the temples and face was so noticeable compared to previous colours elsewhere.
I came back the next day for a cut and honestly it’s the best cut I’ve had in years. My hair has become very coarse and damaged and I came out with glossy locks and a style I absolutely love.
Highly recommend Laura. She’s just lovely too.

I am so happy with my tape hair extensions and colour with Carrie. The colour match she has done make the extensions look really natural. I was struggling with thinning hair and the extensions have massively boosted my confidence. Carrie is an expert at extensions and my colour perfect too.

He let me know about the colour-pay off and what that might look like and was also super accommodating as I wanted to be in a quieter space so I’d gone downstairs - really appreciated how sweet he is and how lovely everyone is at the Balham branch. I absolutely love going to Edward James hairdressers in Balham. Aaron does my full head highlights, cut and blow dry. He treats me so well (with plenty of Prosecco) and the time flies when I’m there. I’ve only been a few times now and was so nervous to change hairdressers (due to previous hairdresser moving away) but I’m so glad I have as my hair has never felt so good. My blow dry with curls at the end lasted perfectly for 4 days before I needed to wash my hair.

Nothing is too much trouble, you are beautifully looked after with complimentary massages, drinks & the lovely Louis for entertainment. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
