Really great pedicure for both myself and my mum. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Claudia was fab and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

Arrived for my 12.30pm appointment for roots colour on time but had to wait over 25 minutes. After my hair had dried, I wasn't happy with the shape of my fringe but my stylist had left for the day so had to wait another 10 minutes for another stylist to be available who tried to add some shape and definition to my fringe which only slightly improved it. Normally when I have a colour it takes maximum of 2hours. I was in the salon for 3 hours. The lady who dried my hair used brushes that already had been used on someone else, were full of hair and certainly couldn't have been sterilised!

My second blo dry as the first one lasted more than a week , I was delighted and have booked with Evie in 2 weeks time . My hair is thick and hard to manage but Evie’s blo dry was smooth and silky . She will make a superb stylist when she qualifies her

Sadly my daughter is devastated after her haircut. We agreed that 2-3 inches would be cut. The hairdresser cut this and then kept cutting because the hair was then uneven. She has gone from long hair nearly all down her back to just under shoulder length. She is so upset. I ended up saying it doesn’t matter if it’s not even just not to cut anymore off (I would have been more open had my daughter not been there).

As always Claudia has done an excellent job on my nails…now I’m all set for Christmas with beautiful red nails…thank you!

I had a consultation about hair extensions with Billy. He was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained my options really clearly. He has a lovely personal approach and I didnt feel rushed or under any pressure to make a decision. I came away feeling fully informed and reassured. A great service.

In the last week I have had highlights with Lucy T and blow dry with Evie and today extensions with Billy. Every part of the experience has been amazing. All of the staff really so take the time to listen and engage what it is you really want.

Amazing team spoilt

Danielle is a brilliant beauty therapist. I always ask for her for my nails and toes too, she is lovely, easy to talk to and always finishes my treatments to such a high standard. This time however I believe a new formula/perm serum was used that is quicker at setting and my lashes have been over cooked, they are curling back on themselves and do not look very good sadly. Otherwise great service.
