I went in for a colour and cut and walked out feeling so much more confident. Lucy totally transformed my hair and I’m absolutely in love with it. Will definitely be coming here for all my beauty needs and highly recommend!

I had Billy for my hair and Alex for my nails and they were both brilliant!! Billy is a genius with hairdressing and always does exactly what I ask - he is always very chatty and makes you feel very comfortable. Alex is so amazing at choosing nail colours and always makes my nails look so perfect! She is really easy to chat to and provides an excellent service.

Absolutely love getting my hair done here, everyone is so fired oh and I alway leave feeling a million dollars! Thank you Beth! X

I booked in for an express facial with Georgia and it was so lovely. She was friendly and welcoming right from the start. We chatted the whole way through and she gave me some great skin care tips. My skin was a bit rubbish following getting over a cold but I left with it feeling so cleansed and so much healthier. 100% will go back again.

1st time having hair done by Billy, talked me through the process and exactly what he was going to do, lovely colour and cut, looking forward to Christmas appointment with Billy! Thank you for your time and patience.

Had an amazing treat today with the lovely Georgia , she gave me an Indian head massage which was thoroughly enjoyable , she was bubbly and friendly yet professional and made me feel so relaxed after the treatment

Danielle is an absolute gem! As I’m not a very girlie girl, she is so kind, reassuring and patient in explaining my treatment options to me and is really honest about what would and wouldn’t be of benefit. I love that we can build a relationship with our therapists so they get to know us and remember the little things that matter and make us feel comfortable. We laugh a lot in our appointments, mostly at ourselves, and that is absolutely the BEST away to feel at ease and looked after by someone we know, like and trust xx

Alex is lovely, did a brilliant job with my shellac nails today. I’ve also had my brows waxed and dyed. She’s always very cheerful.

The hairstyle I came out with was very nice indeed. Much shorter than normal, but a good cut. I am pleased.

Just back from my appt with Lucy (not sure if she is C or T so guessed Lucy C) . Delighted with my hair and love her friendly approach and keenness to do a great job of making my hair look wonderful. Had half a head of highlights. So over the moon with the colour. Lucy is so lovely and enjoys a good chat and makes the whole experience so much fun. The salon was spotless and Billy was cleaning everything.. i was so impressed.

After having my hair done at another local salon I realised when I got home that something was wrong, it was completely uneven. I asked for recommendations on Facebook to find somewhere to fix it and this salon was mentioned a couple of times. I gave them a call and luckily for me they could see me that day. It wasn’t until we assessed my hair together I realised how bad my cut was. Beth was amazing and I’m so so so so very grateful for the fab job she did at fixing the absolute mess I walked in with. I love my hair now and this is definitely my new salon. I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you so much x

Had a full head of highlights with treatment and toner with Beth. Really pleased with the colour. Gone is the brash yellow and a lovely bright colour to disguise the grey. Lovely, happy team, great vibe in the salon. Got told I looked like Patsy Kensit (thanks Billy, made my day!) Will definitely be back.

Was very impressed with how Alex managed to make my poor damaged nails look not so awful. Was very gentle. Looking forward to next time when I have a bit more nail to paint.

Claudia is a great therapist my nails are always perfect and leg wax of a very high standard. I do not hesitate to recommend Spoilt to family & friends
