I have a weekly hour with lisanne and I let her know the day before what I d like - I generally switch between massage, facial and eyebrow. Always a good catch up, room always looks super cosy and come out feeling great. Highly recommended.

Really lovely express express facial followed by shellac nails. Ellie was confident in discussing the different types of facials available in the salon and their benefits. Very relaxing express facial. Ellis’s voice was soft and gentle and she asked what I’d like from the experience. I hoped to feel relaxed but which fresher skin and that is exactly the results I had. Ellie might be an apprentice but she is great at what she does... She chats like she's been working for years, I don't like the feeling of struggling to keep a conversation going when having my nails done!
She's a perfectionist and when I went in to get my toes done and had a problem with one of my finger nails (which I'd had done a week before) she was more than happy to put that right for me.
I've got my future appointments booked and I'm looking forward to getting her advice on some Christmassy colours!!

Really lovely experience. Obviously painful wax but Georgia was absolutely lovely. We chatted about anything and everything and felt we bonded really quickly which I guess is important for intimate waxes. It distracted me from the pain which was great. 100% recommend.
