I had a cut and colour with James; it’s the first time I’ve met up with him since December 2019 thanks to the pandemic. Before then James would regularly colour my hair so, apart from receiving excellent service from him - and all other team members - it was great to have a catch up. James has not actually cut my hair before but the end result was exactly what I was hoping for: he listened and then made welcome suggestions and the end result was brilliant. Thank you to all at Mark Blake and see you again in 6 weeks!

This was my first appointment at Mark Blake and I had the loveliest appointment with Ellie.
