Jade always cuts my hair so well, she spends time ensuring everything is just right. The colour is also attended to with great detail- and it lasts ages!

Great cut as always, and pampered and looked after, always a good experience

I usually go to the MB Cheltenham branch. However my apt had to be rescheduled to the Gloucester branch today due to unforeseen circumstances. I really appreciated the offer to go to the Gloucester branch.
Holly (who I’ve never met) has done an amazing job, it’s hard when client and stylist don’t know each other. However Holly listened and understood what I wanted colour and cut wise. Thank you I’m sooo pleased, I love my cut and colour. Also, the lady who washed my hair was also lovely and easy to talk to. In the event that I can’t go to the Cheltenham branch, I wouldn’t hesitate again to go to the Gloucester branch. ?

Exceeded expectations. James listens as well as being creative, innovative, and actually solves the everyday issues you may have whilst trying to manage your hair at home - thank you James!

Sheridan always does a lovely job

I love the way Ellie cuts my hair! She is always polite and kind and makes me feel that she genuinely cares about her clients. The service overall has been brilliant for the time I have been a customer - and thank you today for the extra biscuits ?

She is always very attentive. Hair trim is always super and we have a good catch up chat.

I love my salon appointments. All staff are lovely, front of house greet you with a friendly face and settle you in. Salon assistants are attentive and my colourist and stylist Isabel is amazing, she does a fantastic job everytime. Atmosphere is great too. I always feel pampered. Nothing is too much trouble, and I walk out feeling like a million dollars!

Sheridan highlighted and cut my hair last week and only added one colour through my hair but I’m so happy with. The cut is perfect too for my sort of fine hair

Sheridan has done my hair now for over 5 years and is always reliable, friendly and relaxed. She always listens to me and cuts and styles my hair as discussed. This time I had a fringe cut and left the styling up to Sheridan. It was perfect as usual ?

Really enjoy visiting salon. Staff are lovely and so helpful. Sheridan is a really great stylist. She knows what I want and is always happy to advise me. As always a joy to visit the salon.

I always have a great experience at Mark Blake hair. The whole experience is relaxing and Jade is absolutely brilliant at doing my hair. She is friendly, knowledgeable, so talented and is a real asset to the Mark Blake team. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy.

Excellent from Holly as always and the blow dry from James was also brilliant. The only slight downside was when I was having my hair washed the junior kept yanking my neck up rather than asking me to lift it up so I had to ask her to stop as I have a bad neck which she did but then didn't get me to lift my head at all so not sure shampoo and/or conditioner was rinsed out properly. It was a shame as normally the whole salon experience is superb and I come away feeling really pampered

Brilliant colour service. Wonderful customer service from the whole team. Coming ro MY hairdresser is my pamper time every month.

James has been doing my hair for years, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! He’s the absolute best and does an incredible job with my colour! I have recommended him and the salon to everyone I know!

My monthly appointment as usual with Ali- enjoy the outing and massage included. Ali keeps my hair the way I like it and it gets compliments from my friends. After all this time of care it was great for us both to discard mask wearying. Well done to you all coping with Covid about.
