I have been a client of the salon for 22 years so there is not much I can say as that is testimony of an excellent business in itself. Every colourist has always been knowledgeable and professional (today I had Jess). Appointments in my experience are always unfailingly on time, the attention to detail and other services offered are great and I always have compliments on my hair. It’s well worth the two and a half hour round trip!

I have been coming to Mark Blake's for Ali to cut my hair for a long time now and the whole experience is just great. I love the atmosphere and the drinks offered but most of all, I love how Ali always sits down. With me, every single time, to go through what I would like done. I always go for the Bob, but Ali always asks if I want it longer, shorter, higher arch ect, and I love that. Thank you

Very happy and satisfied with my stylist Sheridan she always delivers But on this visit .my shampoo experience with another member of staff wasn't up to the usual high standard that I am use to at the salon.There was no interaction between us and the scalp massage wasn't that good I asked her a couple of questions but she either couldn't be bothered replying or didn't know the answer.Overall i look forward to my visits to the salon and will carry on doing so.

I have been going to Mark Blake (previously Blushes) for over 25 yrs. I keep going there because the service has always been excellent.....the more I go the better the experience, not just from the stylist but from the background staff who make sure you are topped up with refreshments etc. From the minute you walk through the door till you leave you'd think that you were the only one there.....they will always go out of their way to accommodate you, there's always a buzz going round the place I always recommend Mark Blake as a place to go to get your hair done. I just love the atmosphere and buzz of the place.....they are more expensive than other salons in Gloucester but I think that it's money well spent

1st time customer & to say I'm elated with the overall outcome would be an understatement. I'm quite particular with my hair so finding a new hairdresser after many years is always daunting but Jess was lovely, very welcoming, listened to my needs & delivered beyond expectation.
