I had a lovely time, staff are all so friendly and the haircut is great - it’s nice to feel listened too and to find a hairdresser who pays attention to how *your* hair behaves and cuts accordingly. I was, however, a bit surprised to get to the till and find I was being charged £54 instead of the £38 Ladies Cut and Blowdry that I booked…I was never told there would be a price change! When I was seated I was told I’d be helped by a stylist who specialises in pixie cuts but there was no mention of that being reflected in price, if indeed that’s where the extra charge applied. I feel a bit swindled, not least because my budget is tight and the extra cost was unexpected and really inconvenient. Next time, and I will come again, please just tell me if a different stylist or certain cut will cost more.

Jack did a fantastic job colouring my hair. He made sure throughout my visit that I was happy with what he was doing and that the colour was what I wanted. I would definitely recommend booking with Jack.

Katie was brilliant as always, trimmed my daughters hair and her fringe and redid my eyelashes. Very professional as always. My only complaint was being charged £19.50 for a child's trim, it wasn't a full haircut. That complaint has nothing to do with Katie as I'm aware she doesn't set prices, but I do feel that was a bit high considering it was only a trim.

Absolutely fab lovely hair wash by a very nice young lady. Ryan knew exactly what was required for my hair trim & blow dry. Considering he had never cut my hair before I was well pleased. Thank you so much. A very professional hairdresser thoroughly recommendable.

First time Jack cut my hair I think he was still quite new too it. Since then I have been to him several times and each time he grows more and more confident. Nothing is a problem and he has a great personality. Keep up the good work Jack and many thanks for the great job you do on my hair every time. Look forward to seeing you again in a few weeks.

Always wanted a Buzz cut, walked into HEADKANDY for the first time today and spoke to the lovely Lexi, Lexi listened to what I wanted, she gave me some brilliant advise which I really appreciated and walked out with the Buzz cut I have always wanted!
