I have been coming to Lisa for about 3 years at Mark Blake and have never been anything but hugely satisfied. Her attention to detail and knowledge is second to none. One criticism is the heat in the salon, which was bad enough when I was seated by the window, but after half an hour (or so) under the dryer I was bright red, sweating and had to remove the plastic cape and gown. I did ask if the air con was on, which it wasn’t, although I cannot think of any reason why it wasn’t! Lisa is very precise and thorough about using a certain blue shampoo on my hair and asked the girl who washed it to leave it in for 5 minutes. I did tell Lisa that she didn’t leave it on and washed it off straight away, Lisa said she realised that when she was watching her so took me back to the wash basin and did it herself with a fantastic thorough wash and left the shampoo on, as she had instructed the junior girl to do. Lisa’s professionalism and attention to detail is what makes her the best hairdresser I have ever known and she will be very missed on Maternity leave, but of course, wishing her all the best! X

My highlights and colour very disappointing as the highlights were such an extreme contrast and each individual highlighted piece too thick. Not at all the result I’d hoped for.
