Lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Kelly has always taken time to explain what she doing with my hair and the end result is wonderful.
With no booking I was given excellent service and seen right away. The end result was exactly as expected clean and professional just like companies image.
I always come to either cutting room or billy shears because the care and attention they give my hair is great, and now I’ve started bringing my 3 year old for his cuts too
I first went to this salon because I heard that Kelly was an expert in doing extensions! I have had them redone now three times and she is definitely very good. Kelly now does my colour and cut and everything!! I am really pleased with my hair. No turning back now!! I also like this salon as it's not pretentious in any way. It's nice and relaxed and lovely Sat. I even take the gig in and they r so lovely with her.I totally recommend!!!

Jess is always lovely, knows exactly what to do and I always come away really pleased with the results. She gives me tips on how to get the most out of a cut and how to style it as well. Would highly recommend.

I've been going to Mary Jane at The Cutting Room for years. She is the best :) she not only does a fab job with my hair, she is honest with her advice when I get a crazy idea in my head!! She will always try & fit me in at short notice if I need it & always makes me feel comfortable in the salon when I've had previous negative experiences. Would never go anywhere else. This was my first time at the cutting room. I enjoyed talking to Charlie and my cut was great. Very relaxed atmosphere. Rather uncomfortable seat in the waiting room- sorry! Short leg issue ?
What a refreshing change to most salons, the team are so friendly and lovely, Mary is just brilliant and does what you ask!!! I’ve been to lots of salons but will stay with The Cutting Room, very reasonable prices too!! To say I’m happy is an understatement!!!

As always the salon delivered outstanding quality service. Walking in you are greeted by smiling happy staff who take your coat and offer you a drink. I had a huge task for Maryjane, and she was quite nervous as I was, however I know the girl has skills! I wanted to go from black to caramel on the ends. I trusted her and we went for it. Maryjane did warn me it could go horribly wrong, but I was willing to take the chance. Worse case we could cut it off, it’s hair, it grows back. The colour came out amazing and we wished we had done before and after pictures. The whole place seems to work as one big happy family all helping each other out and looking after one another. It’s a fabulous environment. I highly recommend Simon, Maryjane and the rest of the team.

Ive been going to the cutting room for years now, always see Jess and recommend her to everyone. A few years ago she got me from red to blonde seamlessly. Today we did a complete restyle from super long to short and I’m in love with it, wouldn’t go to anyone else.
