The cutting rooms have 'A SHINING STAR' in their midst!! LACIE is Always brilliant each time I visit. She is Always polite, friendly, professional, caring and a brilliant hairdresser/stylist! Lacie is Always dressed perfectly. She actively listens and engages in conversation and Always remembering previous conversations and specific topics discussed, even a month or more down the line. Charlie was great! I was a walk-in and Indecisive about what to do with my hair. She started with a consultation and suggested a subtle cut with the opportunity to take off more later.
She explained what she was doing throughout the process and made sure to ask my permission before making any type of cut to my hair - including end detail touch ups and styling!
Lovely haircut, the stylist was lovely I think she was called Alice , but I’m not too sure but she was fantastic and very lovely xx would definitely recommend

Charlie did a fantastic job on Elsie’s hair. The finished colour was beautiful. It wasn’t an easy job either because Elsie has a lot of hair!

Said I was too old, and on reflection he was right. V grateful. Coffee in paper cup part of a hygiene drive apparently. Very polite, didn’t swear, trimmed my eyebrows thank goodness. Would go there again
