Booked a appointment, turned was told a mistake had been made, then told come back later we may fit you in terrible customer service, if you've booked a appointment may be worth double checking that they haven't given your slot to someone else, mistakes do happen however you'd expect a apology and a firm time to return for appointment

I get my hair regularly done at the salon with Lacie. I have mixed race, curly, thick hair and she does an outstanding job. It always looks silky, free from frizz (before going to her, I never had this!) and in great condition. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else or another salon - would highly recommend her. The atmosphere at the salon is always nice and friendly, welcoming staff and a nice coffee whilst having your hair done.
Jess listened really well to what i wanted and asked really clear questions throughout to make sure i got the haircut I wanted.

Lacie was warm and lovely. I had a walk-in appointment and she made me really welcome. I am self conscious about my psoriasis but she put me at ease and was careful about what products to use on my sensitive scalp and on not taking too much off to expose my neck. Lacie's cut was excellent and she took the time to put a wave through my hair, which I loved. Her scalp massage was superb too. I will be going back!

Another excellent cut by Lacie. The salon is conveniently located and reasonably (mid range) priced and caters for all ages. Lacie listens and makes suggestions and always sends me out looking fabulous with an easy to maintain cut.
Took my son for his first haircut which I was dreading but it was fine the staff was amazing with him,Iv used cutting rooms for years and my daughter and now my son,I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Amazing staff lovely and clean and never been disappointed after our treatments xxx

Complete re-style from scruffy long to neat short hair. Exactly how I wanted it - even though I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted! Danielle certainly knows her trade.
Terrible music though. Not sure the more senior clients would appreciate being serenaded by m-f n*s at 90db.
Cutting short hair is a skill to get right! Lacey is really skilled in getting the balance right!
