Great to have my 1st cut since March, came away feeling fabulous

My first appointment since lockdown and it went extremely well. As i entered the salon i was asked to wash my hands. As the number if clients in at one time had been reduced, there was no need to worry about not being able to social distance. I was greeted by the wver cheerful Gigi looking very glamorous in her fashionable face shield. Overall it was a very pleasant albeit different experience but one which I felt quite safe in. Well done to all

Great to be back in the salon after 4 months of lockdown and even though I had become quite attached to my ponytail, how wonderful it was to have Ben put some shape back into my hair! The salon felt very safe and clearly a lot of work has been put into managing the ‘new normal’. Everyone appeared calm and in control! Well done all. ?

Thank you. This was one of my first experiences, since lock down was eased. Not only have l now got nails that can be seen in public, I now have a greater level of confidence about going out again. The atmosphere in the salon was relaxed, professional and clearly demonstrated a clear understanding of the requirements required to keep both clients and staff safe.

Never disappointed! Bit on the pricier side, but due I am very happy with the results, I will definitely be back in 6 weeks!

I had been looking forward to my appt SO much after 20 weeks and am absolutely delighted with my new smart haircut. Thanks very much Ben, I love it! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and although the salon experience has to be different it was still a pleasure to be there thanks to everyone’s hard work.

My hair looks and feels amazing thanks to Ben's expertise and I felt very comfortable, reassured and safe.

Amazing hair cut by Mel and massively looking forward to finally getting rid of my roots on Sunday.

First time back since salons reopened. Everybody welcoming, the salon very safe but still maintains that relaxed atmosphere. Ben has made me look normal again, always enjoyable having him cut my hair

It was lovely to have my hair attended to after such a long time. Ben is very calm, attentive and professional. There was a glimmer of normality. Much appreciated.

The whole experience was one of calm, professional and enjoyable. Minimum amount of fuss re the new normal but I felt completely safe.

After a very long break from the salon it was lovely to return to a familiar setting with familiar faces; with shields on top of smiles and eyes that smile above our face masks. In a strange new world it was great to be welcomed back and guided sensitively through the new routines. I felt looked after and safe for the entirety of my visit.

Very pleased with my colour and cut, Gigi made me feel very comfortable on my first visit.

Good hair wash, no water splashes like I’ve experienced in other salons. Lovely head massage. Great cut and finish. Well shaped and my hair just falls into place.

Always look forward to haircut - lovely staff, excellent service, a head massage to die for - a much-needed moment of calm in a mad life !!

Walking into the salon, such a friendly atmosphere, smiling faces and nothing was too much trouble.
I had box dyed my hair and cut it myself for years and it was time for a reality check and change and what an amazing difference. I have never been so happy with my hair!!!!

I have been having my hair done by Dani since Mel has been on maternity leave & she is simply wonderful. Her attention to detail with my highlights is excellent.

I was a model while Mollie was training on cutting and she did a great job while being expertly trained and supervised by Dan so will be back again. They took great care of me and made me feel very welcome.
