My hair is just perfect. Mel actually listens to what I want and does it. My last cut (first with Mel) was so good that I really didn’t have to have it cut now, but it was getting too long for my job, so cut it had to be!
As professional as ever, the salon has a wonderful relaxing and happy , which is so important when getting your hair styled. I really look forward to my appointments and see you in January.

Thank you to Louise who gave my 8 year old daughter an amazing pamper this week. She hates having her hair cut as she wants to grow her hair long but allowed Louise to work on her hair for a full hour! Thank you for such a detailed and lavish experience - it finished with extra hair curls and styling! My daughter’s hair is far more manageable which will save me some much time on a daily basis trying to remove the knots and her upset. Amazing salon and I like your eco-friendly approach too.

A perfect girly day out with my 10yr old daughter.
It’s half term and after a last minute cancellation for my own hair, the ladies managed to fit us both in as an extra special girly day treat!

Well, my daughter is unbelievably happy with Molly who has cut and dried her hair twice! Molly is a committed stylist with the best colour expertise - she really knows her stuff! Her customer/people skills are second to none and she dealt well with my fussy 10yr old. She fully understood what she wanted and fully understood the “girly day” vibe without been being told!

My hair was again, perfectly styled by the amazing Louise whom I genuinely don’t think I could live without. THE BEST curly hair cutter and such a beautiful person! Fantastic conversation and total understanding when it comes to an excited, happy, semi-grown up 10yr old! (Asking way too many questions!)

Ladies, (not just Louise and Molly) once again, thank you for a wonderful salon experience. I ALWAYS feel comfortable with each and every one of you. From my welcome to my goodbye.

My hair is ALWAYS on point! Still, after 17yrs of coming to this happy, relaxing, stylish, homely and full of talent salon, I still experience 100% customer satisfaction. I genuinely look forward to my appointments. Not just because I leave with perfect hair but because I get to catch up with some brilliant people and have the best time!

My one and only issue is that now my daughter has experienced your wonderful service and friendship, I am now destined for “joint” hair dresser days!

This was my first experience at Ella and I have to say it was brilliant ! Really calm snd welcoming . Delightful stylist who really took time to listen to what I wanted and then to keep checking how I felt about the cut as we went along . Didn’t ask lots of annoying personal questions either . I have been to 4 other salons in Cheltenham and this is the best by a Long way and the most reasonably priced too. Really like the commitment to sustainability and the refill options on products . I have rebooked immediately. Thank you very much Ellie and Ella .

An amazing experience as always! Jade always checks if my hairs grown out and if it’s stayed ‘styleable’ (which is important to me!) always asking how I want it tweaked or changed. I'm new to the area & Ella was recommended to me. What a lovely salon! Jade R was the ideal combo of professional & friendly and I felt in very capable hands. My colour was a total mess but I walked out with a different head of hair...I'm so pleased with the results! The whole atmosphere is really pleasant, also the little extra touches...freshly-made coffees served on your own tray...a relaxing head massage in a quiet foliage-covered 'basin room' w/ soft music... Safety-wise, the salon is V spacious & well ventilated, with excellent precautions in place, so I felt totally at ease. Looking forward to going back!

I have not had Jade cut my hair before but it was good she took time to talk to me and between us we took the decision to go for a short pixie cut ! She took a lot of time over the cut and the end result was great a new look for me!
