Today I had my hair cut and styled by Ronnie. As usual I am extremely pleased with it. The banter was flowing and overall a wonderful experience. ?Visiting Byron is my relaxation time. I love it.

My hair is falling out and makes me so self conscious however Ashley cut it a bit shorter and advised me to see my Doctor as my nails are also splitting and I possibly need an iron supplement.

Excellent experience throughout, from the welcome at re Lisa is an excellent hair dresser, who always offers her ideas and advice to give me an excellent cut and colour. I enjoy the calm and relaxed salon experience and leave looking my best.

Very relaxing, better than a health spa!

Today was my first appointment and Lisa was amazing, she advised me on what she was going to do and how she was cutting and styling it. She listened to me and what I wanted done. I'm very pleased with the result. Very welcoming and friendly salon.

As usual very pleased with my cut and colour delivered by Anne's professional hands. Byron is a warm and welcoming salon where all the staff provide one hundred percent service. And the coffee is excellent, especially when served by the boss!

I've been a client for many years and look forward to being pampered every visit. Lovely atmosphere in the salon with the whole team being very friendly, caring and professional. Ashley is always very honest when discussing my cut and colour and I often like a change! Every time I walk out the salon I'm happy as Ashley truly understands and knows what I do and don't like. Ronnie, Ashley and the rest of the team are amazing and I highly recommend a visit to this salon you won't be disappointed.

From first entering the salon I was made to feel welcome and given exceptional service and attention throughout. Ashley is so warm and friendly and is always interested and caring, taking time to catch up from my last visit and then examining my hair and making suggestions on how or what is needed to keep it in the best condition. She explains exactly what she will do with colour and why, and always makes certain I am happy with the plan before starting.
Every member of staff is cheery, friendly and helpful creating a genuinely positive environment to be in. I was given bespoke hair treatments which always helps my highlighted hair and I always enjoy the head massage to ease tension.
I never feel rushed through my appointment, nor do I feel like time is wasted, everything flows like clockwork.
The same attention to detail was given with cutting and styling my hair leaving me with a refreshed style and colour.
I always feel uplifted visiting the salon and really think the standard and experience is exceptional.

What can I say.The experience at Byrons is second to none.Its a exceptional service from start to finish.From the moment you walk in the door,you can feel the Magic.
I must say a team of Angels,in particular my hair artist,and I have to call Anne an artist.Anne has transformed my hair into something I could only dream about.The colour the cut is something that is always with me until my next visit.I no longer need to use these words.Oh look at my hair what a mess I need the hairdresser.Its amazing and in all my years of visiting salons.There is no one out there who can beat Ronnie and his team of expert Angels.

The whole experience from entering the salon is tailored to you. All staff are welcoming, engaging and professional. The salon itself is spotless and well thought out. Ronnie has styled my hair since Byron opened its doors, and i always leave confident and happy.

What can I say..I visited this salon after a very poor experience at another salon.Anne knew exactly what to do,and what products to recommend to restore what was straw 21 months ago,into a mane of well conditioned hair.Anne is an exceptional hairdresser,and I strongly believe I would be in great hands with all the talent in the most gorgeous salon around. However back to Anne,who is also an artist,I do not have the best hair,but I can tell you one thing.The compliments I receive about my hair the condition,colour and the style are in abundance.
I would recommend all the staff the dedicated service and top quality experience.To the world and back again.Thank you for giving me hair to die for Anne xx

Byron’s is an exceptional hair salon that I have had the privilege of being with for many years. From reception staff to stylists you are treated with dignity and kindness. They go the extra mile to help with last minute appointments. Lisa is an exceptional stylist and very caring person. My hair styles are always admired by others. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.

The colour was exactly what I wanted and bright as I wished. The style was perfect and was showing the different tones.

I returned to this beautiful salon today for my colour . Lovely welcome from Ronnie, Lisa and Amanda who took my jacket and provided refreshments throughout my visit. . I was made to feel good and relaxed by the wonderful staff. Lisa, as usual did a fabulous job. My colour is perfect. Back for my cut soon. Staff are so friendly. Looking forward to going back.

After a relaxed chat with Ashley discussing my style- - decided on a new look! (To be reviewed at next appointment but so far I love it)

I’ve been coming here for years & one of the things that made me come here & made me stay was the fact that there isn’t a huge turnover of stylists. So when you find someone who understands your hair, & does it how you like, you can rely on them being there next time. I really like that this feels like a great team working together; Reception, juniors & stylists. They all take the same care of the customers. Coming here is my treat for me ❤️

This was my twelve year old sons appointment, and as always he thoroughly enjoyed every single minute.
