Anne was very thorough in colour and style consultation, especially because she doesn’t usually cut my hair. She listened to everything I said and made suggestions, demonstrating the length she’d cut my hair to. Excellent as always.
I was also very impressed with Ava…seven weeks into the job, she was very professional and appeared competent. She made nice conversation, told me how much she was loving her job and described what she was doing and the products she was using throughout…well done, Ava!

Starting with a warm welcome from Diane, had a lovely coffee & biscuit. Anne always knows just what to do with my hair, even when I’m fed up with it! Enjoyed a relaxing head massage and a blether. Left feeling upbeat and hair looks fab

Another positive experience this morning. As usual Anne cut and styled my hair just as I like it and her friendly manner makes each visit something to look forward to.

Terrible I was so embarrassed I had to go straight home couldn’t drop in to Morrison’s in case anyone saw me . I spend a lot of money every 4 weeks in the salon and do not expect to look a mess, obviously Ronnie must have seen the state of my hair, also dye everywhere right down my face

Anne was very caring today. I had just arrived from a funeral and she was very attentative and sympathetic. Whilst being so lovely as doing her best to get me back to my family quickly. My hair was fabulous. Always a great experience. As all staff go above and beyond to make you feel special.

As well as a great haircut, one of the reasons I keep coming to Byron, is the customer service. I'm probably not alone when I say that coming to the salon is a wee escape to have time to myself and Lisa always checks in how I am before addressing my hair. She always asks how I've managed with the previous cut and ALWAYS takes into account my lifestyle and my ability level (very little) to recreate my style at home. So I always have a style I can manage myself, yet it still manages to be a bit different each time.

All of the team are helpful and welcoming and I always look forward to my visits!

Ava made sure I was comfortable and did a thorough check of my hair, scalp etc. She chose the appropriate products to use. I also had a very pleasant head massage (I'm a massage therapist to trade among other things). I was comfortable throughout my blow-dry. I know Ava is in training just now , I believe she will make an excellent stylist. Thank you

Lisa is always really friendly and professional and gives great advice on my hair style and colour despite me forever wanting to tweak or change either my style or colour or both! I always feel amazing after visiting the salon.

Ava done an amazing job washing and blow drying my hair.

I enjoyed my hair appointment today. Everyone was welcoming when I arrived. Anne took tiime to ask what I wanted and was very attentive throughout and asked how I would like my hair styledonce it was cut. I am happy with my hair cut and was h8cen information from Julia a out returning to have my Fri ge trimmed between appointments.

Alexander, as always, thoroughly enjoyed his visit. He wanted his hair a bit shorter this time, and says it's just perfect.
He loves the friendly atmosphere, and of course the catch up with Anne.
