I’ve been going to Byron for years but every visit is as special and enjoyable as the first. From start to finish you are really well looked after. Your thoughts and ideas of what cut or style you’re looking for is discussed in detail and recommendations made. You are consulted throughout, and the whole experience is first class. All the staff are friendly and help to make the visit relaxing and something I always look forward to.

The head massage and refreshments are a lovely additional part of the whole experience
Booking appointments quite far ahead has pros and cons as sometimes plans change then it’s hard to adapt the appointment but I appreciate the effort to try and accommodate these requests as they arise .

Anne is a really friendly and an expert stylist. She is very chatty and my time was over before I knew it. I would recommend Byron salon to everyone.

I’m delighted with my colour refresh - Lisa suggested some cooler tones to lighten it up, which she did perfectly.

Time for a re-style and Anne spent time with me asking me questions to make sure she knew what I wanted and offering advice on what would suit me and my hair. Another customer complicated my cut on the way out. You can’t ask for more than that :)

Have been a customer for around 20 years and have always had fabulous treatment. Ashley, Ann and Lisa are lovely ladies too. I wouldn't think of getting my hair styled anywhere else.

I totally enjoyed my visit to the salon today. I truly needed a bit of a lift today and I most certainly got that.
Although I am a regular at the salon, today, was the first that Lisa has styled my hair. She put me at ease from the moment she collected me at the reception. Lisa is first class at what she does. I wouldn't have any hesitation in having her style my hair in future.

What a legend Ronnie is! He is able to hear exactly what you want for a cut and blow dry and he can deliver the style while chatting about great topics. Great high standards for customer service!

Annie did an amazing job, my hair has always been quite dull and boring - i can happily say i walked out the salon feeling like a new person. The change is amazing, looks fresh, shiny and overall stylish. I was really impressed with her skills and ability to take advice from a senior stylist and apply it to her work. I would definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends.

Have been going to Anne for years now for my haircut. Cannot fault her, feels like a catch up with a friend you haven't seen for a while and always get complements when my hair is freshly cut! Wouldn't go to anyone else.
