As usual I had a lovely visit to Byron. I find it always to be a relaxing part of the day and I love the head massage. After 27 years I would not go anywhere else. I have utmost trust in Ronnie.

I have been coming to Byron’s since lockdown was lifted having moved to Scotland early 2021. I did my research beforehand as it’s always daunting finding a new salon.
I have never been disappointed, it’s a salon full of professionals with vast amounts of experience and all the staff from receptionists, juniors and stylists are friendly and provide excellent service.

I look forward to my visits and Anne always listens to me and explains everything she’s doing and why.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Byron’s - it’s the best salon in Kirkcaldy

I was greeted by name by the fantastic Julia, offered a drink and my coat taken and made to feel so welcome. Anne is lovely and knows my thick, wavy hair so advises if a style will suit me. There's good chat throughout. Julia is a fantastic receptionist, she sorts next appointments with ease and professionalism. I look forward to my time in the salon with all the staff. They will all take good care of you and your hair.

Some of my friends grudge the three hours getting their hair cut and coloured…I could happily sit in Byron Hairdressing for three days!
From the personal, friendly welcome onwards I feel like I’m special, valued, appreciated and being looked after and pampered.
The consultation is always thorough about both colour and cut: how has it been, have I been happy with it, is there anything I’d like changed and then suggestions and ideas from the experts! They will also discuss hair condition and if they would recommend any treatments depending on what I say.
The professionalism is top notch, and I know that the salon invest a lot of time in training young people as well as keeping the experienced hairstylists up to date with the latest techniques, products and trends.
The whole team live and breathe the salon’s mission and Ronnie’s vision developed from his long career.

Today Lisa coloured my hair with my usual base colour but put in some different shades to give it a new look and more interest. I had a metal detox treatment which feels and smells lovely.
Ronnie then cut my hair as he had suggested and styled it in a new way which looks great, while explaining how I can do it myself at home.
All of this while also being offered refreshments and Julia and Amanda taking care of future appointments! What’s not to love? Thank you very much, Ronnie and Team! Roll on next time!

I’ve been going to Byron for years but every visit is as special and enjoyable as the first. From start to finish you are really well looked after. Your thoughts and ideas of what cut or style you’re looking for is discussed in detail and recommendations made. You are consulted throughout, and the whole experience is first class. All the staff are friendly and help to make the visit relaxing and something I always look forward to.

The head massage and refreshments are a lovely additional part of the whole experience
Booking appointments quite far ahead has pros and cons as sometimes plans change then it’s hard to adapt the appointment but I appreciate the effort to try and accommodate these requests as they arise .

I’m delighted with my colour refresh - Lisa suggested some cooler tones to lighten it up, which she did perfectly.

Time for a re-style and Anne spent time with me asking me questions to make sure she knew what I wanted and offering advice on what would suit me and my hair. Another customer complicated my cut on the way out. You can’t ask for more than that :)

I totally enjoyed my visit to the salon today. I truly needed a bit of a lift today and I most certainly got that.
Although I am a regular at the salon, today, was the first that Lisa has styled my hair. She put me at ease from the moment she collected me at the reception. Lisa is first class at what she does. I wouldn't have any hesitation in having her style my hair in future.

What a legend Ronnie is! He is able to hear exactly what you want for a cut and blow dry and he can deliver the style while chatting about great topics. Great high standards for customer service!

Annie did an amazing job, my hair has always been quite dull and boring - i can happily say i walked out the salon feeling like a new person. The change is amazing, looks fresh, shiny and overall stylish. I was really impressed with her skills and ability to take advice from a senior stylist and apply it to her work.
