Salon bright and fresh, the newly renovated wash basin area very serene with great lighting. Ashleigh was warm and friendly. End result of blow dry and few ghd curls was really excellent and very reasonably priced. Time factor longer than I'm used to 45mins vs 80mins. The eftpos machine went down so I couldn't pay by card and there's no ATM close by, so rather than keep me any later for my mum's funeral she took my phone number and let me go. I really appreciate her sensitivity and understanding. 4/5 star rating purely on time. I would definitely return. :-)

Janna cut my hair today, it was a pretty major change of style and really pleased with it. Talented stylist with a lovely manner and offered me to come back any time for styling advice with the new style.

Got my roots done and my hair cut today. Had a few different staff at different appointments but the one thing that is consistent is the friendly staff who do a great job.

Had a lovely experience as always in the salon today. I received a treat ment that I won from Christmas and I thought the stylist paid special attention to my hairs needs and talked me through it.

Jenna was my stylist. Really good and chuffed to bits with all the information she gave me. Explained everything she going to do and why. She styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. Very nice girl, good at her job and I most certainly will be using her from now on. Well done Jenna.

Great service as usual, Lyndsey always does a great job. Also got recommend to use Katie to do my hair and makeup for my sons wedding in September.

As a regular client I am always made to feel very welcome all the staff are friendly and attentive I am always looked after and enjoy my 'Me' time getting pampered and time to relax. My current stylist is Lindsey a lovely girl who knows what style cut and colour suits me best. Always delighted with the service I receive.

Booked an appointment online for full head highlights for 1pm. I've had them done before and it's normally about 2.5 hours. I had a pedicure booked in at another nearby salon for 16:15 which I thought would be plenty of time and I made them aware. I had booked in with Lindsey who was very friendly. Another girl said she was doing my colour which was ok. I discussed what I was looking for with Lindsey and she had a couple of nice ideas too. Whilst the highlights were going on there wasn't much interaction at all but when the girl did speak to me she was nice enough. I was told I would be under the heat for 20 mins which I was but I was left under the machine for a further 25 ! I was taken for my hair wash which was a disaster and very uncomfortable. As it was a full head of highlights there was a lot of foil in my hair which was yanked out amongst sighs and clear annoyance. Once that was finally done (which took forever) my hair was washed with cold water (never asking about the temp) I did ask and the temp was changed. No words were exchanged at all. A toner was then put on my hair which was also sore as my hair was pulled a lot. After 30 mins with my neck back on the sink j was finally taken back to my seat where another lady came over (the one who done my colour), she said she was just going to cut my hair. She asked what I wanted. I explained I had already spent over 10 mins discussing this with Lindsey and she had some ideas. I did say that I didn't mind who cut my hair as long as it was what I had discussed. Eventually Lindsey came over and said she would do it. At this point I mentioned my pedicure again and she said I wouldn't make it !! I was really annoyed as had planned a relaxing day for myself and this ruined it. I did get 20% off and was happy with the cut in the end and the colours were ok. Hopefully it was just a bad experience as I have been before and it used to be a lot more professional! Sorry ! I'm just being honest.

I have been going for several years and feel I get a great haircut for good value. Free fringe trimmed is excellent.

My only negative comment would be is that it never looks clean. There is always hair on floor, in corners and today there was actually a coffee stain on the wall that no one bothered to clean

I have Always left my appointment feeling great. In addition to this, I have found that the staff are very willing to accommodate, for example when I was stuck in traffic Simone was very helpful and rearranged my appointment.

Kate did my hair over the weekend and I absolutely love it! I would recommend her to anyone!

I had my hair coloured on Tuesday 24th of Jan with Anna . Very happy with my colour and advice given by Anna now that I have decided to grow my hair again . Always a relaxing experience going to innovate .

I've been going to Innovate for few years now and it's one of those places that you go in feeling not so much yourself but leaving happier and feeling good when looking in the mirrow. I would recommend Innovate in particular Anna who is great! She has a great personality which makes the whole experience very enjoable but she knows her stuff! I often get asked about my hair, in particular the colours as Anna always does a marvelous job!

Thank you Anna I love my new hairdo! You listened to my garbled request for more layers but understood I'm lazy and gave me just what I wanted ????Messy layers ????

I love going to this Salon, Anna has made a huge difference to my hair, totally trust her, she is a brilliant hairdresser. I recommend booking this Salon and def recommend Anna, I would be left with straggly hair, split ends & roots if Anna left, she's a wee star!

Katie always gives me a great cut and listens to what I ask for. She always does it with a smile too!

My daughter went to have her ears pierced yesterday and was met by a very friendly female who relaxed and distracted my anxious 8 year old before/during having this done. It all went very well and earings look great. Totally recommend innovate for ear piercings.

Wendy has done my hair for 6 or 7 years now, and to my mind, she is excellent. A great cutter, and colourist. Also great with ideas on where to go next with my hairstyle.
I love my "hair days" at Innovate.

I can't express just how good Katie is. Every booking has ended with me loving my hair. She takes the time to get to know you and your hair and helps choose a cut and/or colour that will suit you and gives great tips on how to recreate the look at home. I've been blonde, brown, short and long and every style she does is perfect!

Wendy has done my hair for 6 or 7 years now, and every time I leave the salon feeling great.
I like her suggestions for my hair, as she really knows what she's talking about. She has taken the time to get to know me, and my preferences, she's knows how I like my hair and what I don't like.
And her suggestions always work :-)
A lovely salon also, where everyone is friendly. Very relaxing place with great coffee too.

I came into the duloch salon and had my hair dealt with by Lyndsey. She was very professional and gave me some fantastic advice on top of a wonderful haircut. I will definitely be making innovate my regular salon from now on.
