Was good to get a proper haircut after my homemade attempts. Wendy is always chirpy and a good laugh, even with me being the last customer of a 12hr shift.

Always love getting my hair cut or coloured, staff so friendly and always feel relaxed and good when I leave.

I have been so excited since getting my appointment made about going back to Innovate!! Alison and the team have made every effort to ensure that their guests feel safe, secure and still pampered as soon as they set foot in the door to the moment I left. They gave plenty info in advance of what they were doing to keep us and the team safe and what efforts I needed to make. The care, attention and friendliness hasn’t changed at all and you could see the smiles from behind the masks. Best of all I left feeling a new woman, swish swishing of my newly chopped, shiny hair - thank you Kate!! xx

Had my hair appointment this morning and I was a bit apprehensive. However the information I received ahead of my appointment and the service and safeguards in place in the salon meant I had the best experience. Not only do I have a lovely, fresh hairstyle, this visit has helped my confidence stepping further into post lockdown life.

I used to use normal barber's for my hair but now much prefer a cut from a professional stylist so I use Wendy at Innovate and have been for some time now. The salon is ideally suited for me being just a few minutes walk from home, its bright & clean and has a good relaxed atmosphere. The Girls are attentive and friendly and I very much enjoy the banter I have with Wendy during my session. It is obviously a salon that works well and is run well and is a credit to the owner/Manager, Alison.

Ashleigh always gives me excellent service. She has gotten to know me as a person, what I like for my hair and has advised when she thought an idea wouldn't work which is why I keep coming back to her over the years she has been my hairdresser.

Visited with my step daughter at weekend for her to get her ears done. Although a little nervous Katiya Watson was amazing giving her time to think through what earrings ect. Explaining it all step by step. Amazing experience and very patient and thoughtful through out defo recommend. I must say despite what is going on the world the atmosphere was relaxed content and was not impacted at all

First visit to salon and what an experience!!
Before my appointment I had decided thatI wanted to change my hair colour from light blonde to grey. Wendy guided me through the process and greatly assisted in choosing the correct shade for my colour tone.
I have wavy hair which I'm unable to control very well, Wendy has cut my hair in a style that works with my wave to create amazing curls with the help of new products and diffuser.
Totally transformed!!! and received many positive comments!!

Wendy has been doing my hair for around 10 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She never lets me leave the salon until she (and me) is completely satisfied with both colour and cut. I always leave feeling great.

Busy salon was lucky to get an appointment. Stylist was pleasant. Not overly chatty. Wasn’t offered any aftercare advice which was a pity because I was in the market for some new high end products.

This was the first time in 11 years I had been to a different hair salon and Katelyn made me feel I was in capable hands and did a perfect job x

First time in the salon for me but won’t be my last. My just turned 3 year old was in for a last minute trim for first day of nursery and Katelyn had a lovely manner with my wee one making the experience enjoyable for all. Thank you.

Once all the alterations are complete will be a lovely clean space again.

Great experience today. Total change for me with a much lighter colour AND a toner which previous hairdressers have never used when highlighting my hair. My long hair was cut short (to my chin) and I love it. Such a lovely change! Thanks Lucy, you made me feel really comfortable and positive!

Katelyn gave me the most beautiful bob with balayage today. She was friendly and patient, and really took the time to find out what I wanted (I'm pretty clueless about hairdressing language!). I also really appreciated the coffee on tap :-D Thank you!!

Took my 9year old to get her ears pierced. She was quite nervous but the girl in shop was great with her. Would recommend innovate for this.

I am very happy with my cut and colour. Katie has done a lovely job. This was my first visit to this salon and I will definitely be back. Katie was really good and nice and friendly.

Katie, is great, she understood straight away how I wanted my hair, advised and made sure I was happy with the decisions made and the result. She also is such a lovely person herself that made me at ease telling her what I liked and didn’t like which might sound draft but for me it’s hard to find a hairdresser who listens to what you want not what they think you want. I will def be making Katie my regular hairdresser.

Ear had closed up, staff were great discussing best way forward by speaking to each other, decided to re-pierce and it’s been great

I had had hair extensions for 8 years so 1st time I'd had my hair properly cut for a long time, I was nervous to say the least... Katie was amazing putting me at ease and taking time to understand what I wanted.... I left with the most amazing new style, fabulous cut and feeling fantastic... highly recommend... cant wait to go back ...
