Natasha was brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable whilst colouring my hair. She is bubbly and makes you feel at ease. She was able to give advice about the colour and this helped me go for something different. I thoroughly recommend her to others. Ria completed my cut and blow dry, again, she did a great job and I was really pleased with the result.

The only negatives for me are; the salon looks like it needs a good refurbishment. You have brilliant staff but the decor/ style of the salon doesn’t match this at all. It has a warehouse feel, and no luxury touches. It could definitely be so much better and I believe you would attract more custom if this happened. Coffee, I wasn’t offered a coffee to begin with, that wasn’t a problem as I asked Natasha and she quickly sorted this. Maybe having a coffee machine with a variety of drinks as the coffee wasn’t great, and some branded soft drinks (orange juice, coke, lemonade) would also enhance the feel of the salon. Maybe a uniform would also enhance the experience (?) this obviously isn’t an issue! Just a comment!

What can I say amazing never had a bad hair from Phillippa in 15 years.
My whole family are looked after by Phillippa and we are always welcomed with a lovely coffee or hot chocolate

My experience was very enjoyable... shampoo, head massage, blow-dry & hair curled. I was very happy with Ria, she was very passionate with her art & in no rush & thoroughly enjoyed styling my hair.
All the ladies, were lovely & accomadated all my needs.

So happy I decided to try this salon. I’m nearly always disappointed after having my hair cut as I never seem to get what I ask for or what I want. I will definitely be going back as it’s the best cut I’ve had in a long time. Natasha was lovely and the salon had a good atmosphere. After sleeping my hair is soft , shiny and still straight! Would definitely recommend.

I love coming to this salon the girls are all lovely always very talkative and making you feel at ease, always making sure of exactly what you want, i cant fault them at all! Natasha is just the best im biased because she does my hair but her colour work is out of this worls as well as her attitude and friendliness is A* xx
