Staff always friendly welcoming and efficient majority of the time. Love having my colour done by enthusiastic Katie if not Anna. Both such great stylists. My hair wash especially the massage is always wonderful just not long enough as it just leaves me wanting more.. hahaha! The only negative thing I have to say is that I have to inform some members of staff to get rid of stains on my forehead or back of neck and I have to remind the or prompt where they are everytime which I shouldn't have to do for what I class as a 5* hairdressers.

My hair looks and feels amazing! I came in with very dry and damaged hair, and Maddie and the lovely lady that washed my hair, has completely restored it. Very happy with my wash,

Lovely Sam who is such a good listener as well as a fantastic hairdresser. Lovely cut, suggested change of shaping at the front. My hair looks so bouncy once she had finished. Frankie washed my hair, she is lovely too and chatted away, which I like

I’m a loyal customer, for what could be over 10 years now - felt the need to share today’s experience, the team really did go over and above to please me- even resurrecting an old product to make me happy and have promised to buy it in every time I visit. This is honestly why I travel 45 mins to the salon each time- Cat and recently Boy Sam (when Cat has been on maternity) are such great stylists , always respectful of my demands and nothing is ever too much!! PS the coffee and head massage is pretty good too!

Anna is the BESTTT! Every time I have my hair done by Anna I am always so over the moon with the outcome. I had a full head of highlights with a cut by Katy. Ruby and Frankie shampoo and conditioner - everyone so lovely it's the best salon ever!!!

I have been coming here for many years, I have always been treated with warmth and kindness by everyone at the salon and also always the best hair service. Came today for a major colour change done by Boy Sam and couldn’t be happier with the results, thank you so much Woo!

I came to salon while ago and Kathy always cut my hair , she does such a good job and I’m always happy with my hair , she did my daughter hair as well and she did her hair for prom and that was lovely.

I had my consultation for colour correction with Maddie today very friendly and made me feel at ease as I was really nervous and embarrassed about my hair. Hopefully my strand test comes out ok and really looking forward to having my hair done by her.

I love how my colour turns out every time! Katty has been doing my hair since she started training and even though it is bleached to the lightest blondes she always keeps it healthy and damage free, I love the salon treatment also, always feels like a little self care trip ❤️
