Luckily I was recommended to go to Pierre and James over 30 years ago and have been a very happy client ever since. Charming staff, top quality environment and products. Most important of all the partners Pierre and James are brilliant stylists who listen to their clients and have the skills and experience to make us look and feel great. The whole team is ahead of the game and I highly recommend them.

In the 3 years I have visited this Salon my opinion remains the same. Best hairdresser in town.
The quality of styling is perfection. The staff and ,general ambience of a salon is so important and Pierre and James hairdressers stand out as in a league of their own.
I would, and indeed have, recommended to friends without hesitation. Very professional and each client is made to feel special. The staff are so pleasant and everyone greeted with a smile.

Service not as it used to be. Value slightly overpriced. Not happy with result everytime the hairdresser needs to listen to the client. cleanliness satisfactory. Atmosphere not a very happy one unfortunately. Been going for a long time and standards have slipped. Need to invest in customer service as clients will not return!

After my visit to Pierre and James on Saturday I felt I had to let everyone know what a great salon it is. I was introduced to the lovely Adrian(stylist) who from the beginning of my appointment made me feel very special. I was delighted with my hair after having half a head of highlights and a party hair blow dry.

I would highly recommend this salon due to the friendly atmosphere, its very professional approach and the high standard of Adrian's work. I will be returning over the coming festive season and thereafter to ensure I regain the party hair look.
